We work directly with the client to best meet the desires they have.

We make different flavored icings by request. We also add fruit fillings & ganaches if requested. We work with you to give you what you want.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Our cakes are freshly made. It depends on the amount of work and size of cake. We have a 3-person team which allows us to do more work in a shorter period of time.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
We have done 3 but like to keep it at no more than 2 to give our best work.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
The Maine State Health Department is banning real flower decorations on cakes now. They feel the chemicals used on flowers are unsafe to use on food items.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Stairways, fountains(2 sizes), cake stands, large pillars and plates for fountains, real wooden boards to support large cakes, Card mailbox, card wishing well and miscellaneous other things if needed.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes, We delivery to Lisbon/Lisbon Falls for free. All other areas is .60 per mile round trip.
