The Cookie Jar provided an assortment of mini desserts for our wedding reception, which were all delicious.

Chef Donna and her team at Cookie Jar are fantastic. We love dessert and could not choose one wedding cake flavor so we opted for a two-tier cake (only 30 guests) with one tier carrot cake, one tier white cake with fresh raspberry jam. We also ordered mini cupcakes in three flavors -- carrot cake, white cake with fresh raspberry jam, red velvet. Finally, the first time we stumbled upon Cookie Jar, we asked for a suggestion of their most popular item; we were pointed to the oversized sugar cookies with fresh raspberry jam, so we added another 30 small cookies to our order. Our guests raved and our wallets were appreciative. We return every time we are in Maine, even if just to get a single pumpkin munchkin. And to top it all off, Chef Donna is a warm, welcoming individual.

If you are having a wedding in Maine you need to go see Donna and her team for your cake and/or any wedding needs. We opted to have a two layer wedding cake with cupcakes, and whoopie pies for the rehearsal dinner. The cupcakes were filled with different creams and were a big hit. The decoration of the cake and cupcakes were top notch. The staff was very easy to work with and were able to accommodate all our requests.

Donna P is the wedding cake baker here and she is spectacular! We cannot wait for her to bake our cake for the wedding!
