Wedding Decorations in Portland

When we started planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted to include some lighting installations as part of our design plan, but we weren't sure if we were going to be able to pull it off. When we found Maine Event Design & Decor, and talked to Robyn we realized it was possible, and were blown away by what she was able to do for us on our wedding day! The lighting installations were absolutely beautiful and really helped to create the cozy atmosphere we were hoping for on our wedding day!

John was great! Very professional, great price, and prompt with emails. Adam, his son set up all the lights and was very professional. They were on time and the lights were beautiful. John actually met with us twice prior to the wedding to ensure that the uplighting was perfect. He has the best pricing and service for uplighting in Bangor (and probably Portland too)! We had a DJ and then hired John separately, so if you want uplighting look up Bronson Audio Visual!

Griffin and griffin were incredible to work with! They were responsive and helped build a plan within our budget and bring our vision to life! The lighting added so much element to our tent and looks beautiful in all the photos that we will have to remember the day! I would highly recommend using Griffin and Griffin

Event Lighting Concepts did an absolutely amazing job for our Portland, Maine wedding. Our space was large and open, and we were nervous about how it would come together. Our breath was taken away when we walked in to see what they were able to do with the space. They knew exactly what they were doing and provided an excellent lighting setup for what we needed. The team was extremely easy to work with and we could not recommend them more!

We hired Michael to do some uplighting and drapery for our wedding at the Nonantum Resort and we couldn't be happier! Michael has worked there probably countless times, so it helped me talking to someone who knew the space better than I did. We had a very frank conversation about the room and how other brides have done drapery vs what I wanted, and he gave me his honest opinion which was so appreciated. We ended up only doing one wall to keep the whole room pretty dark for dancing which is exactly what I wanted. Literally days before the wedding I contacted him about hanging a custom sign that my uncle had made, and Michael totally went with the flow and made it all worked out. The end result was stunning!!
