My sister recommended Haneen for my bridal hair and makeup and I cannot say enough good things about her! We hired her to do hair and makeup for myself, my sister and my mother for my wedding that took place in Maine last weekend. The booking process was seamless, the trial went beautifully and on the day of, Haneen came to our airbnb to make all the magic happen! I was a blubbering mess the entire day (so many emotions) and she was so sweet and patient with me. It really helped to calm me down! My hair came out beautiful and makeup was on point, looked great in all levels of light and stayed on perfectly! Could not have felt any more beautiful! She also did an amazing job on my sister and mother (mom said she felt like a princess herself!) Thank you so much!

Jenna and her team were amazing! They helped me set a schedule to make sure everyone had their hair and makeup done in time. They are incredibly talented and I can’t recommend them enough. Each bridesmaid picked different hairstyle styles and they all looked beautiful. The makeup was exactly how I envisioned and I can’t rave enough about my hair. They are detailed, timely, kind, and professional.

We had an amazing experience with Diamonds & Curls. Linnea did makeup and hair for my daughter and myself. She made us feel comfortable, beautiful and captured my vision of beachy and romantic vibe. My husband continues to comment how beautiful our hair looked that day. Linnea arrived on time and adhered to her detailed activity schedule . She performed the services with professionalism, friendliness and ensured she aligned with our expectations. As part of the contract process, all details were outlined and we knew exactly what to expect. Diamonds & Curls delivered on everything contracted to our satisfaction. Christine was absolutely amazing! She handled myself and 11 other women on her own and I was never pressed for time! Everyone's hair came out stunning! They each requested their own styles and Christine nailed it each time! I was a nervous wreck on my wedding day and her calm demeanor really made me feel relaxed. She was professional, kind and a pleasure to be around! I could not be happier with the way my hair turned out and would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks! I should also point out that my hair stayed in place throughout the entire day and late into the night! Thank you Christine, for your help making my wedding day perfect!

I cannot recommend Esther Ahn enough! She styled my hair for my wedding and somehow made it look even better than I had imagined. From the very beginning, at the hair trial, I knew I was in great hands—not only is Esther incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the warmest, kindest people you’ll ever meet. I truly felt like I gained a new friend through this process. On the big day, Esther arrived right on time, totally organized and calm, which made such a difference in keeping our morning stress-free. She did my entire bridal party’s hair to absolute perfection—everyone looked stunning and felt confident walking into the ceremony. My own hair stayed beautifully in place all night long, and I’ve never felt more beautiful. Esther is the perfect mix of professional, efficient, and creative. Her calming presence and attention to detail helped make my wedding day so special. Brides, if you're looking for someone to not only make you look amazing, but also be a joyful part of your day—Esther is your person. I’d recommend her a thousand times over!

I absolutely loved my bridal make-up and can’t believe that it managed to last all day AND night during a HURRICANE. I had the fortune of getting married during hurricane lee and despite taking pre-wedding photos outside in the rain, my gorgeous make-up remained flawless well into the night. I love that About Face specializes in natural-looking make-up and uses many of the same products I use on a daily basis, free of harmful and harsh chemicals. My family and friends loved their make-up so much they were taking photos of and buying products on the spot. Linda also took great notes during my trial and I was so pleased that my day-of make-up looked exactly the same (I’ve seen some less than stellar matches on some of my friends). She was also able to create a look that went perfectly with my less-than-traditional wedding dress. My mom and I both had lash lifts done at About Face a week before the wedding as well, which I would definitely recommend if you prefer not to wear fake eyelashes. Not only did I avoid the annoying wedding tears with fake eyelashes and contact itching nonsense, but got to enjoy long, luscious lashes all throughout my honeymoon.

Hiring Shine was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. My wife and I’s bridal party we’re a little indecisive on if they wanted hair and makeup. I can’t tell you how many times I had to call to add people to our contract, even day before the wedding. The team at Shine we’re more than accommodating and super helpful! Come day of wedding, we didn’t have to get up at 5am to start hair and makeup, 11am first person got in the chair, and we wanted to be done with everyone by 2pm and they did that with even time to spare. They worked off ideas and images we had in mind and even put their own creative spin on things. These girls truly did a remarkable job! Our mothers and bridal party looked stunning! As for myself (bride), I had a set idea of what I wanted for my hair, half up, half down, curly, with white rose bobby pins at the top of my pony. These girls executed it phenomenally! I knew we had a screamo, head banging song on our list and I asked what’s the chances my hair will fall out and she said none, I got you! By the end of the night 12am, after all night dancing, head banging, my hair was still perfect! A huge thank you to the Shine team for the looks and glam they gave us for our special day- it truly was perfect! If you’re looking for a kind, hardworking, helpful, innovative, gorgeous team to use for your wedding day Shine is your way to go! Thank you so so much, it truly was a day to remember!

Caitlyn helped my bridal party feel very taken care of and at ease on my wedding day! She was on time, very quick; experienced, flexible and personalized everyone’s look. I was a very chaotic bride, and she totally rolled with it and with a smile on her face too (god bless her hahaha) She was great and super friendly and I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and will recommend her to everyone I know.

Jody was great at responding to emails and working on planning, prep for trial make/hair, as well as the Wedding Day. She also was easy to work with on last minute changes. Our artist Courtney was absolutely fabulous!! She deserved many gold stars for all her hard work and support! The fact she did hair and makeup (not having to find 2 services) was absolutely amazing. Thank you all, I got many compliments on my hair/makeup!

I am so grateful I chose Brittney and Sonia for my wedding day hair and makeup. They made me feel so pampered and cared for, and their talent is unmatched. Every member of my bridal party looked stunning. They still talk about how much they loved their hair and makeup. I’ll cherish the experience just as much as the photos.
