Salty Waves Salon is a wedding hair and makeup studio located in beautiful Rockland, Maine. The stylists and makeup artists at the salon pride themselves on maintaining a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere that aids in the relaxation of their clients. Tonya Carter, the owner of the company, opened Salty Waves in 2016 with a focus on customer satisfaction and communication. To ensure brides receive the best look possible on their wedding day, we require all of our employees stay up-to-date on current trends and styles through continued education.

Services Offered

Depending on the accommodations you require, Salty Waves Salon can offer both in-salon and on-site hair and makeup services. Hair and makeup trials are included in all bridal prices, which gives them the opportunity to try out their wedding-day look and become acquainted with their stylist. The salon can accommodate wedding parties of 8+ (larger parties may be accomodated, but typiclaly require booking a year+ in advance.) On the day of the wedding, the stylists are able to provide makeup application and updo hairstyling. Prior to the wedding day, the following treatments can be scheduled for couples and members of the wedding party:

• Full-body waxing
