Based in Saco, Maine, Big Fish Cake Studio is a wedding bakery inspired by love and lifelong passion. Owner and head baker Gabrielle first earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, focused on Baking and Pastry Arts. She worked as a pastry chef in some of the states leading restaurants, refining her pastry techniques. Next, Chef Gabby pursued the savory side of the kitchen, and has been in professional kitchens for 15 years. She recently decided it was time to go back to her pastry roots, in opening of Big Fish Cake Studio to work one on one with clients to create unforgettable pieces.
