Linda's great. From the tasting we could tell that she understood what we were looking for in our wedding cake. My wife's a baker so she had a specific vision. Linda communicated very clearly, made the whole process easy, and executed perfectly.

We ordered a three tiered cake for our 50th Wedding Anniversary event. 6” Raspberry, 8” Vanilla, and 10” Lemon. The cake its self was moist, had an amazing flavor, and the frosting that we had chosen was not to sweet be just perfect. I was very impressed with the appearance of the cake. I had an example of what I was looking for and Miss Linda nailed it right down to the dried grape vine. We highly recommend Mainely Wedding Cakes! Linda made us a beautiful 3 tiered cake! with a stump base, 2 edible lace tiers, and even a paw print in the grass for our dog. Our original Wedding cake person was expecting a baby and afraid to put us in a situation where she may not be able to make our cake, so she recommended Linda.
