Vanessa Hollinger of Beaches and Backyards Catering was my rock during the planning process, and helped out so much more than you would usually expect from a caterer. I could NOT have planned my wedding without her.

In addition to her amazing service, the food was excellent, and her staff were also great! People are still talking to me about the food from the wedding, six weeks later. My vegetarian friends thought that our food was some of the best things they had ever eaten, and even my picky little sister is still talking about it. There was really something for everyone, and everyone was able to try out new foods that were innovative, but still accessible to the less adventurous palate.

I also found her prices to be very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food she prepared. In addition, Vanessa provides a lot of her own equipment and will help with set up of tables and chairs, which can save a lot (some rental companies charge per item for this).

Basically, Vanessa was a superstar! I highly recommend her services.
