Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We do request that Brides make an appointment so we can give personalized services, but walk in's are always welcome.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We recommend purchasing your dress 6-9 month prior to the event to allow time for shipping and alterations. We do offer Sample Sales throughout the year for brides who are cost concious or have time constraints. Call for more information about Sample Sales.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We are always recieving in new styles. The largest influx of new dresses is in January and July.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We strive to offer excellent service and alterations at all times.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We currently have 2 seamstresses on site 3 -5 days a week. Appointments are necessary for Alterations.
