Wedding Venues in Madison

TPC was a great place to have our wedding reception! Not only is the reception space priced EXTREMELY reasonably compared to other places in Madison, but the Event Planner, Erin, was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and made planning our wedding reception easy as can be. She was also very responsive to all of my questions and needs. Everything is set up by TPC (tables, chairs, table covers, napkins, plates, utensils, etc..), the food is cooked in house, and the bartenders are provided and at your service all night. All of the workers were extremely kind and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend TPC!

The Majestic has been a favourite place for concerts and it was great to be able to get married there! Paige was really helpful and Kevin very attentive on our wedding day.

We had our wedding last week at the Concourse. Since booking last summer we have been working with Kylie, their event coordinator at the hotel. Kylie is absolutely AMAZING, so responsive, professional, and absolutely detail oriented. She answered any and all questions from us typically within a few hours, was so easy to work with, and truly made the planning process seamless. The hotel itself also was extremely organized with the floor plan for our wedding and reception, as well as getting everything we needed for our getting ready spaces too. We also hosted a breakfast the morning after our wedding that could not have been easier for us and required basically no set up on our end. It was a super fun process to have our tasting and all of the appetizers and meals turned out great. The catering team was very accommodating to allergies and special preferences. Overall, we had an amazing wedding at the Concourse and could not recommend Kylie or the team more!

We had a beautiful wedding reception in the Edgewater's Grand Ball Room. Top notch service and attention to detail. We had a wonderful experience working with the wedding & catering manager Meghan, she was great at answering all our questions and helping us make our dream wedding a reality. We did have some complications with the guest room booking for the weekend, it was a lot more complicated and time consuming on our end then it needed to be. I would defiantly recommend having your wedding at the Edgewater, so worth it!

We had the absolute best experience at this venue for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The space itself is beautiful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible team — especially Taylor and Julie. They are nothing short of amazing! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. On the big day, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team or location for such an important day in our lives. Highly recommend to any couple looking for the perfect venue and an exceptional experience!

We could not be happier and more thrilled with our experience at Blackhawk country club. We lucked out with a perfect sunny day in July; our outdoor ceremony was fantastic. The view over Lake Mendota was gorgeous and the sunset pictures were amazing. The indoor space (reception area) was also very spacious with plenty of room for our guests. Orrin, the venue and event coordinator at Blackhawk, was absolutely outstanding. We cannot say enough good things about them. We had so many questions up until the wedding and they were very quick to respond, even on the weekends and when Orrin was on vacation in Montana. Orrin also went out of the way to put all of our decorations up before the wedding… We had so many compliments from the guests regarding the food, particularly the cake made by the in-house baker. The event staff were also great, helping make our wedding perfect. The venue is well worth the price.

We had a great experience with The Madison Club. The planning process was efficient and well-organized (thank you Leanne!), so on the day of they focused on all the small details while we got to enjoy our day. The space is beautiful and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend this venue to others!

Sleeping room block. Everything was great! They handed out gift bags for our guests at no extra charge. We're going back to them for a birthday party soon. The staff was excellent and they gave us a good price even though it was a very busy weekend and they were almost sold out.

Monona Terrace was the first choice of venue for our wedding, and it was the best choice. Apart from being an iconic Frank Lloyd Wright building that can be seen from most places in Madison, the MT team were very professional and organized in helping set up our wedding day. From the tasting (which was very well executed) to the rehearsal to the actual wedding day, Marcia Terrones (our wedding manager) was friendly, courteous and accommodating of our many questions and requests. We were married at the Community Terrace which is a lovely room with sweeping views of Lake Monona. The setup and breakdown was seamless, and we didn’t have to do much to the room to make it look good. A big plus of the MT is their in-house catering, and they are experts in this field. From the hors d’œuvres to the drinks to the main course, everything was very delicious. They also packed up any main courses that weren’t eaten by the guests, which I appreciated as we hate food waste. The team at Park Hotel truly made our wedding day unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone on staff was not only professional, but also incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. The view and location at the Top of the Park were spectacular, especially for out-of-town guests. Jaclyn and the team at Park Hotel were quick to help out with anything we needed. They were flexible when we shifted around the order of things and worked well with other vendors. Whatever we or our guests needed (another highchair, to-go boxes for meals), they delivered. Every detail was discussed in advanced, making sure that we knew the available options and any associated costs. Parking was a bit pricey, but understandable given the location. Plus there are cheaper ramps within a few blocks. Overall, we highly recommend Park Hotel for anyone looking for a venue that not only provides top-notch service but also genuinely cares about making your special day as memorable as possible. Their dedication and friendliness truly made a difference for us, and we are grateful for all that they did to make our wedding day truly magical.
