TPC Wisconsin

TPC was a great place to have our wedding reception! Not only is the reception space priced EXTREMELY reasonably compared to other places in Madison, but the Event Planner, Erin, was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and made planning our wedding reception easy as can be. She was also very responsive to all of my questions and needs. Everything is set up by TPC (tables, chairs, table covers, napkins, plates, utensils, etc..), the food is cooked in house, and the bartenders are provided and at your service all night. All of the workers were extremely kind and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend TPC!

10/10, TPC went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better venue for my celebration.

TPC Wisconsin has both a ceremony and reception space. Being able to hold all of the wedding events at one venue is a great benefit. They offer a space on the golf course to have your ceremony outdoors, or if needed, in a tent or inside. They provide nice white ceremony chairs and take care of the set up/take down. The event hall has been recently updated and surrounding spaces will soon be finished with renovations as well. The updated spaces are beautiful and require very little decorations to dress up the room. In the event hall, it has a full wall of windows that overlook the golf course. plenty of natural light, and stylish updates to the bar and bathrooms.

Beyond the space, the TPC Wisconsin staff are also great to work with. They are experienced, friendly, professional, and willing to help you with each step of planning a wedding at TPC Wisconsin along the way. The Event Coordinator, Erin Vincent, is amazing at what she does and makes planning and hosting your event at TPC so effortless. She is part of the reason we decided to have our wedding at TPC Wisconsin because just from the tour and initial communication, we could tell she would make planning and hosting our wedding so much better with her help. She is attentive to any needs leading up to the event, follows up promptly, and does all she can to ensure your event goes smoothly as planned. She is easy to work with and makes planning a large event fun. It is evident she truly cares about the customers and the people she works with. The Food and Beverage Manager, Matt, is also another staff member who does a great job at making hosting an event at TPC a success. He does a great job at handling the fast-paced environment of events with ease and ensures all goes well.

Some other highlights to note about TPC Wisconsin is that they only host one wedding a weekend, so you have access to set up decorations in the event hall the day before, as well as, have your rehearsal in the exact ceremony space. Another huge benefit is they have an additional space near the event hall, Center Court, where the groomsmen were able to use and get ready in. Because TPC Wisconsin only hosted one wedding per weekend, we were able to leave all decorations in the space on the night of the wedding and return the next day to pick them up.

We really enjoyed the flexibility and conveniences TPC Wisconsin offered us. Overall, TPC Wisconsin was a great venue to host a wedding at and we could not be happier with our decision. We highly recommend them.

10 weeks before our wedding, we got a call from our prior venue that they were closing. At first we were heartbroken but the more we got to know the TPC venue, we became so grateful that our other place closed and we instead saw it as a blessing. Erin’s communication was extraordinary, the place was lgbtq friendly, the cost was worth every penny, food was amazing, and the setting is breathtaking. I have no doubt that this venue is going to grow tremendously. We are so grateful to the staff, to Erin, and for them being so accommodating on such short notice. I’ll never forget my wedding and I have no regrets. Please consider having your wedding here.

I can't recommend Cherokee Country Club enough. Erin and her team assisted me in planning a wedding in a month. They were always available and willing to help with anything I needed. We had the perfect night!

They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Quality and quantity of food was excellent. Venue was excellent. We received many positive and non negative comments from our guests.

Cherokee is currently undergoing a renovation, so the golf course is not looking too pretty, but the newly-renovated reception space is great. Plenty of room for our 170 guests. The food was fantastic. The ceremony was held outside in a nice tent. One of the best things was working with the Events Coordinator, Erin, who was so accommodating and responsive. She made everything work! The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the golf course was under construction -- that won't be a problem in a few months.
