The Legend At Bergamont

We had our reception at the Legend at Bergamont, and I don't think we could have picked a better venue. The facility, staff, and food are all top-tier. I'm not exaggerating when I say the food was incredible and one of the highlights that guests consistently mention. The reception space was perfect for us with the high ceiling and the beautiful sunset coming through the big windows. Add to that the serving and bar staff, and you cannot go wrong here. I honestly think that they have one of the best brandy old-fashioned you can find, and that's saying a lot in this state. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you for making our wedding special.

My husband and I just got married at the Legend at Bergamont and can't say enough good things about our experience. The view from the ceremony room overlooking the golf course and tree line was gorgeous and gave us some *fantastic* sunset photos. Kylie, the wedding coordinator, was extremely accommodating and made sure everything we requested for the ceremony and reception set up was provided. Moreover, she kept in constant communication during the wedding planning process. This was particularly helpful because we planned our wedding virtually from Florida. On top of that, this venue has a spacious locker room for both sides of the wedding party to get dressed in, making getting ready easy. Finally, if you're not sold on these listed pros, schedule a food tasting and you'll be blown away by the options. Our guests raved about the parmesan crusted pork and chili glazed salmon. Venue staff set up and take down decorations and place settings, making this a nice one-stop shop.

We hosted our wedding reception at the Legend at Bergamont in August 2021. We could not be more pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and service we received from everyone at the club. The food was delicious (my uncle raved it was the best meal of his life), the space was beautiful, and I felt totally confident that they would handle whatever happened that day. They were also wonderful with postponing and rescheduling our wedding which was originally scheduled for 2020. HUGE shout out to their coordinator Kylie. She was amazing and is a huge asset to the club and events being held there. She responds to emails so quickly and answered all my many questions. She and her staff also handled lighting all of our candles day of so we didn't have to worry about it. We can not thank her enough! We would highly recommend having an event at the Legend at Bergamont.

Kylie and her team provided my husband and I with an exceptional wedding day experience. We truly were able to have the perfect day thanks to the Legend at Bergamont. Kylie was there for every step making sure everything went flawlessly - to a point of making my missing table numbers and not even telling me they were missing (just taking care of it). She was incredibly patient, understanding, responsive, and truly an expert in her field. I trusted her with the best day of my life thus far and she executed it better than I could have ever imagined.

The Legend at Bergamont was so flexible with the little things, it eliminated the stress that often comes up the day of. Their care and attentiveness to making your day perfect matches yours and it shows in every interaction with them.

Finally, their food will impress you and your guests like no other wedding (Braised Beef Short-Ribs are a must have).

The Legend at Bergamont was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. The staff (including event coordinator Kylie) took care of everything for us, throughout the planning process and the whole day. It was so nice to just show up and have everything taken care of. The food was INCREDIBLE - we were so impressed - it's not easy to mass produce food for 230 people! And the sunset pictures over the golf course are to die for. It's such a wonderful space - big ballroom for dinner and dance, lounge area for cocktail hour, plus the large balcony for conversation and those sunset pictures. I am already trying to get friends to have their weddings here so I can return as a guest! There is not a single thing I would change about the experience, it was absolutely perfect.

The venue itself is stunning, the food is delicious, and the coordinator, Kylie, is a total rockstar. She paid so much attention to every detail of our day and helped us make our dreams a reality, and we are still in awe of how everything turned out. We would recommend this venue highly!! Our wedding reception at The Legend at Bergamont was absolutely perfect (October 2018)! We loved working with their event planner, Kylie! She was always very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Kylie was organized and helped us a lot throughout the planning process. We attended an annual gala to taste the most popular food and drink choices and meet with some local vendors (rentals, transportation, ect). The event was very helpful and it was nice to bring our family too.

Our wedding day was flawless and everything went smoothly from the cocktail hour to the last song of the night. The indoor space and outdoor landscape is beautiful! The staff was professional and kept us on time the whole night - everyone worked well with our other vendors (DJ, photographer, ect). Plus, the food is amazing! We got many compliments on the food from our guests, even saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. The staff cleaned up most of the event afterwards and we only had to come to pick up our own decorations the morning after the wedding. Overall, we highly recommend The Legend at Bergamont as a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed!

Great venue. Well worth the money to do it on a Friday as you get much more for your money. It is beautiful and needs minimal decorations. Our guests LOVED the venue, the view, and the service. Bartenders and waitresses were always giving great, fast service.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Legend at Bergamont in October 2009. I can't say enough about the facility. Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff was very accommodating, food was great and the view was stunning! To me, there is not a comparison venue in the Madison market. Almost one year later, our guests are still talking about The Legend at Bergamont!
