With its classic decor, spacious and elegant ballrooms and premier service, it was no doubt the Madison Club made all my wedding dreams come true. I knew I wanted an elegant and stunning wedding and I knew that no venue could compare to this historic Madison staple. Working with Leanne was remarkable, fun and so easy to work with. She was phenomenal at taking our dreams from paper and turning them into reality, she is truly spectacular! It is centrally located and close to many hotels, like Hilton, which was perfect for our guests traveling in. They have fantastic packages that offer so much including an assortment of food/room options that are also decently priced. The most talked about feature of this venue from our guests other than its gorgeous rooms was definitely the food! The food here is unmatched and nearly every guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was, which made this experience even better. The venue is perfect for breathtaking photos as well! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with premier service and noteworthy food, this is definitely the spot for you!

We had a great experience with The Madison Club. The planning process was efficient and well-organized (thank you Leanne!), so on the day of they focused on all the small details while we got to enjoy our day. The space is beautiful and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend this venue to others!

If you want a wonderful, one-stop-shop venue for your wedding, the Madison Club is the way to go. They seem like a very expensive venue at first, but once you realize all the services you get with one of their wedding packages, it's well worth it. They provide the venue, food, cake, bartenders and waitstaff, furniture, linens, ready rooms, etc. They even do all the setup and teardown for you, so no need to have your family and friends rush to the venue early to set things up or stay late to pack up your stuff (I can't tell you how valuable of a service this is for both you and your guests).

We had all of our wedding events at the Madison Club, including rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Our guests really liked not having to drive from a ceremony location to a separate reception location. The Madison Club's rooms are all so beautiful that it's very easy to find a lovely space for a ceremony and then a cool, open area for your reception.

The food at the Madison Club is excellent. We used them for lunch food in the ready rooms as well as all the cocktail hour and dinner food options, including the cake. They were very open to accommodating the dietary needs of our guests, even making a custom meal for our two vegan/gluten-free guests for no extra charge.

Working with Julianne Suleski (one of their wedding coordinators) was one of the best things about planning our wedding. She was always quick to respond to any and all questions I had about the Madison Club and wedding planning in general.

The Madison Club is also conveniently attached to the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, which is an excellent option for your wedding hotel block.

Since the wedding, our guests have been telling us repeatedly what a well-run, perfect wedding we had. So many people before the wedding kept telling us "something will go wrong with your wedding, and that's okay," but literally we had no problems on the wedding day. I thank Julianne and the Madison Club for that.

Great venue with amazing detail and awesome service! Food is delicious and staff is top notch!

My daughter had her wedding reception at the Madison Club. It was a wonderful venue! They have just remodeled their lower level and it is gorgeous. They installed a glass dome ceiling, beautiful gold chandeliers, wooden floors and a media/sound system. It is a magical space. The staff is outstanding. Everyone from the wedding and event planner to the service staff & bartenders were so accommodating. We had a lot of compliments on the food, which was fantastic. It's not easy to put out 165 meals and have it all be great. They have an in-house pastry chef who made the most delicious carrot cake. The Madison Club is a marvelous venue for a wedding.

I can't say enough good things about the Madison Club and it's super professional staff. We worked with Emily to plan our wedding and she is sensational. They pay attention to every detail and no question is too silly to ask. I have had the best experience with this venue and would recommend it to any Madison area bride.

We absolutely loved this venue for our reception! We worked with Chastity, who took great care of us before, during and after the big day. She always responded quickly to emails and was great with helping us plan the flow for the evening. We can't say enough good things to describe the pleasant experience we had working with her. Unlike other venues who were only interested in details of your wedding, she actually made us feel like we were friends. She was also great about working with our budget. It made all the difference in the word while planning. Additionally the venue is beautiful and photographs extremely well! The food is delicious and doesn't taste like banquet food at all. In fact all our guests kept telling us how much they loved all the food.

I was extremely happy we chose Madison Club for my only daughter's wedding. Guests complimented us on the beautiful venue and delicious entrees. The dinner service was orchestrated seamlessly, just as expected. I was so thankful for the included setting up of the candles, paper lace banners, family photos and scattered chocolates as well as wrapping up these items at the end. We were able to focus on our guests and celebrating that day. We danced up until closing. The wood dance floor made it easy on the feet and acoustics fine for music. In the end we paid as much as we would have at the Public Library using their sole cater or the Monona Terrace. .For these other venues we would have had to hire out for services included at the MC. We did our calculations, visited MC with family and chose well.
Chandeliers and fireplace, secluded garden patio, a spectacular view and classic club bar, professional waitstaff, gourmet food, what more could we ask for?

Best wedding venue in Madison! The best staff that takes care of you from the minute you start planning till the minute you picked up all of uour belongigs after the event. Chastity was a joy to work with and made sure all our little special details were taken care of. David took the time to come up with 3 spectaular custom drinks that mirrored our wedding`s theme. The chefs created fantatic appetizers for cocktail hour and made 2 different steller dinner meals. Timing of everthing was perfect and were very accommodating to anything that popped up. But our captain of the night a dear friend of mine, Sarah was beyond amazing, she never let me lift a finger and as the bride that was a great feeling. They really took extra special care of us made our day perfect. Thank you to all who helped make that possible. Lastly, a hige shout out gpes out to Mary and Marius, both which without their lpve and support would not habe learned all I did and would never have been able to have the most beautiful and perfect wedding day a bride and groom could ask for. Lpve you all and thank you again for giving us a lasting memory!

Nothing bad can be said about this venue- attentive staff, exceptional service,beautiful absolutely perfect day. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Especially being located so perfectly for people visiting!
