The Beloit club was amazing the staff was so nice and easy to work with. Always easy to get ahold of someone if you have questions. Very laid back. Our wedding was so much fun even our guests can’t stop talking about it!!! Best day ever!!!!

My husband and I were married at the Beloit Club in May of 2023 and we could not have imagined a more perfect venue for the two of us. My husband's grandparents have been members for a very long and we just loved eating her with their delicious food and beautiful venue. You do not need to be a member to be married here! With that being said, we have always enjoyed the food here and it did not disappoint on our wedding day! We were able to customize our meals for ourselves and for our guests. All event staff were very attentive to every little detail since we booked our date to the last minute. They helped make the wedding flow as smoothly as possible. The club house is spectacular, they are so accommodating, our pictures turned out beautifully and all of our guests complimented the venue and the food. The Beloit Club has plenty of great hotels near by and I found them to be reasonable in terms of cost in wedding planning. We absolutely loved this place for our wedding!

This a gorgeous venue overlooking the golf course. No matter what time of year, it’s always well maintained and decorated beautifully.

BCC was amazing to work with! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Other than us having table decor, the venue speaks for itself. Evan was a rockstar to work with and very accommodating.

I used Beloit Club while they were going through a staff transition, Evan came right in and handled every task and concern without haste. Megan was also helpful in following up during this transition so we were up to date. I recommend Beloit Club and Evan for your event, he stayed throughout the evening of our wedding and was so accommodating to my husband, I and guest. We are forever grateful for the experience and teamwork that was shown between Evan, Megan and our other coordinators.

The Beloit Club is just an all around beautiful and amazing place to have a wedding. There is an endless amount of photo spots on the grounds. The pool house reminded me of a fairytale cottage, while the main building reminds me of a country mansion. The whole planning staff was a dream to work with! From setting the date all the way up until the big day. They were very accommodating with any requests that we had and helped us stay close to our budget. We had our reception here in Sept of 2022 and we are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was and "It's the best food we've had at a wedding!".

The Beloit Club went above and beyond implementing the small touches to make our wedding special and unique on the day of our event. From the wedding planner assisting with finding just the right DJ and planning our ceremony at the club to the day of the event, the club was excellent. I was most impressed with each detail was attended to even before we would ask or notice.

Beautiful view, fun location, great food and flexible staff. They let us do pretty much whatever we wanted, so the reception was just how we had envisioned. Only issue we ran into was that to decorate for our wedding day (Saturday), we couldn't start until after 9 p.m. Friday night... and decorating took a while, so we were up late!

But, overall, would definitely recommend.

Evan was the first and most amazing Wedding Coordinator I have ever Dealt with. His professionalism along with the staffs professionalism and personal touch created a amazing and beautiful memory for our wedding reception. He was very attentive to our needs, he even helped provide a solo room for us; through all the hustle and bustle and commotion of the wedding and the reception we were able to have those first few moments as newlyweds. Evan and his crew help with the decorations, they helped with the beautiful seating arrangement so we could have a dance floor with a packed house, they made all of our guests feel welcome even those who had physical disabilities felt very welcome and loved his charming grace that he provided us for that special evening.

I do know this much, that we were ever to have a major party and/or gathering again he would be the first and top priority on our list just because he made that night more than special for us. Evan and his crew were splendiferously amazing!

We loved having our wedding at the Beloit Club on 8/28/2021! The wedding venue was so picturesque and we had so many compliments from our guests! It was a very warm day (94 degrees!), so our outdoor ceremony was short and sweet before enjoying the rest of the evening indoors.
