We are so happy we chose Grand Geneva Resort for our special day. It was a smooth experience from the moment we first came to see the Chalet, to every step in between. Our event manager, Alyssa Hill, made the whole process feel so manageable, and even fun! The resort was welcoming and our guests enjoyed their stay. At the end of our wedding night, we had a lovely surprise waiting for us at our hotel room- it was the icing on the cake and such a great ending to a fairytale day. I have nothing but positives reviews myself, and from our guests. Alyssa Hill is a great communicator & made us feel so taken care of. There's so many small details that go into a wedding, but she was always one step ahead and ensuring us that we're on the right path and making great time. She had a way of making us feel calm, while answering every little question that came up without ever making us feel annoying. She went out of her way on our big day to ensure everything was executed flawlessly- and I couldn't have asked for more. 12/10.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with and the Riviera is absolutely beautiful! The ladies who were there the day of weren't as easy to work with, especially while we were cleaning up. Also, I wish we could have gotten into the venue earlier to set up, but everything worked out well!

My husband and I got married this past September at Geneva National, and we had the best experience! We chose the Legends Room for our reception space, and we absolutely loved its warm wooden beams and beautiful brick accent wall. While the space itself was amazing, the true stars were the staff—especially Maya Heckmann, who made our entire experience phenomenal. As someone who didn’t hire a wedding planner, I truly appreciated Maya’s outstanding communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond. She was always friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Maya is truly an asset to Geneva National. Our wedding day went perfectly—everything ran smoothly and exactly as planned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t recommend Geneva National highly enough!

We absolutely loved working with Lake Geneva Cruise Line for our wedding. We booked the Polaris for a sunset cruise after our ceremony, and it was truly the highlight of the day. The entire team was easy to work with as we planned our wedding from out of state. The two captains we had day-of went above and beyond to make everything special. They worked so hard to make sure we all had a fabulous time. Truly could not recommend them more!

We cannot thank Ashley Nysted enough for coordinating our wedding reception so seamlessly. Event planning is truly her thing. From the start, Ashley was so energetic, honest, responsive, and truly dedicated to make our vision come to life. We NEVER trusted someone so whole heartedly and there is no doubt you will have such a great experience like we did when working with Ashley. She made our day completely stress free and we knew we were in good hands the moment we started working with her. She was on top of providing all needed details to us throughout the wedding process, was extremely responsive to any questions, and was so flexible to accommodate to our requests given. There are no “hidden fees” anywhere and is straightforward with all aspects of what’s included in utilizing their facility. To top it all, the bridal suite room was a perfect space for myself as the bride and my bridesmaids to get our hair and makeup done, starting around 7am. Enough room for us all without feeling squished, and we were able to bring in our brunch food too! Ashley, and the Hawksview team are simply, wonderful, and so talented. Highly, highly recommend!

We hosted our wedding reception in the Promenade Room at the Cove of Lake Geneva. Our wedding had roughly 60 guests and the venue size was perfect. I would absolutely recommend The Cove for hosting events. Jolie the Sales and Marketing Manager was there for me every step of my wedding planning experience. She was quick to respond to any question I had and made the experience stress free. Karina the Beverage and Events Manager was also outstanding! She was at my event from start to finish. She would even check on me to make sure my dress was still secured and made sure everything was perfect. I can't thank them enough for the experience. The bartender for our event was also great but I didn't catch his name! The staff provided additional parking for wedding guests who were not staying at The Cove which was very helpful. In addition to having access to the Promenade Room, we also had access to an additional room for the bridal party to get ready prior to the ceremony. The wonderful staff at the Cove provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and orange juice for mimosas as well as water. All of the little things truly made the experience extra special. Aside from the reception hall, The Cove of Lake Geneva was all around a wonderful place to stay. I stayed two nights in the Ensign suite. It was spacious, clean, and had all working amenities. When we requested additional blankets for our room, the staff was so quick to bring them to our room. The Cove is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Geneva. We were able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about parking downtown. We spent some time at The Cove's beautiful outdoor pool which was clean and relaxing. There is an outdoor bar as well with reasonable prices. I look forward to future stays at The Cove and will be recommending this venue to friends for their upcoming events as well.

Could not be happier. Help me get everything I wanted at a very reasonable price! and the building is gorgeous.

We used Harbor Shores for our room block for a Lake Geneva wedding. The hotel is really nice. It is right next to the lake, has a pool, and serves a free continental breakfast. For our wedding block as the bride and groom we could not be offered a free room but we were able to get a lake view room for the price of a park view room which was very nice. The staff was easy to work with, gave us extra parking passes and attended to all of our needs.

We got married at The Ridge Hotel on 05/25/2024. Cindy Nelsen was our point of contact throughout, and we can't thank her and the entire team enough for making our day so beautiful! The outdoor area where we got married was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and every ask we had was able to come to life. A special thing we wanted was signature drinks, two that were served throughout the night, and butler-passed espresso martinis at dessert time. All of this was made possible thanks to Cindy and the wonderful team. We want to thank Lazer as well, the banquets manager, for being so kind and giving above and beyond service just like Cindy. The food was incredible, the grounds and banquet hall were beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch.

Maxwell Mansion is a beautifully restored Victorian boutique hotel just steps from downtown Lake Geneva and the lake. The stylish rooms and romantic atmosphere make it a perfect backdrop for creative projects. I recently did a styled shoot here and the historic charm paired with modern touches made every detail feel elevated and timeless. It is truly a unique and inspiring space.
