Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is a refined wedding venue located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Set in the picturesque countryside just an hour’s drive from Milwaukee or Chicago, this resort is a convenient location for guests traveling from either city. Featuring neatly landscaped grounds, complete with water features and 62,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a Midwestern gem.
Facilities and Capacity
With eight different event spaces, the resort can accommodate a wide variety of weddings. The Grand Ballroom, one of the venue’s largest rooms, can seat 400 guests comfortably. It is a beautiful space for classic receptions large enough for dancing and banquet-style seating. Larger events are held in the Forum, which can be separated into four rooms or opened up to host weddings of up to 1,000. The Linwood Ballroom is ideal for intimate weddings of 40 to 80 guests, while retaining a timeless ballroom setting. Small weddings and rehearsal dinners can be held in a private dining room in either the Ristorante Brissago or Geneva Chophouse. The venue’s two lawns provide an idyllic backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Guests traveling from out of town can take advantage of the resort’s 609 rooms with block discounts for weddings.
Services Offered
Three customizable wedding packages are available, covering important details from the cake to the wedding night suite. Packages are designed to fit within any budget so that every couple can have their dream wedding. Couples can choose to add spa services or trolley transportation to upgrade their wedding experience. A custom cake, linens, bar service, and tables and chairs are included with every package. A professional event manager can help soon-to-be newlyweds choose the right space and services for their wedding.
Cuisine
The Grand Geneva serves exquisite American cuisine for events held at the resort. Menu options include hors d’oeuvres, plated service, family-style, meal stations, late-night snacks, and dessert tables. The resort offers complimentary tastings for up to four guests with all weddings booked.

Alyssa Hill is a great communicator & made us feel so taken care of. There's so many small details that go into a wedding, but she was always one step ahead and ensuring us that we're on the right path and making great time. She had a way of making us feel calm, while answering every little question that came up without ever making us feel annoying. She went out of her way on our big day to ensure everything was executed flawlessly- and I couldn't have asked for more. 12/10.

From our first meeting, Jessica exceeded every expectation. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. Her deep knowledge of the Grand Geneva property and its offerings, along with her thoughtful suggestions, made every decision easier and more exciting.
Jessica quickly became our go-to person. She dedicated months of her time to help us bring our vision to life, always making herself available when we needed her—even if that meant answering a last-minute phone call. In the final days leading up to the wedding, she was in constant contact, checking in with us and managing communications with our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly.
Our ceremony at Greenview was absolutely breathtaking, and the Chalet reception space was perfection. It was truly the most magical day of our lives.
We are beyond grateful to the entire Grand Geneva team for their incredible dedication—but a very special thank you goes to Jessica. Her care and commitment made all the difference, and we’re so thankful she became such an important part of our journey.

Plus their spa service is exceptional. I wanted to have some bonding time with my mom the day before the wedding. The spa helped to coordinate times and treatments for us to spend quality time together. They even scheduled to have lunch delivered to the spa so we could continue our relaxing day.
