We are so happy we chose Grand Geneva Resort for our special day. It was a smooth experience from the moment we first came to see the Chalet, to every step in between. Our event manager, Alyssa Hill, made the whole process feel so manageable, and even fun! The resort was welcoming and our guests enjoyed their stay. At the end of our wedding night, we had a lovely surprise waiting for us at our hotel room- it was the icing on the cake and such a great ending to a fairytale day. I have nothing but positives reviews myself, and from our guests. Alyssa Hill is a great communicator & made us feel so taken care of. There's so many small details that go into a wedding, but she was always one step ahead and ensuring us that we're on the right path and making great time. She had a way of making us feel calm, while answering every little question that came up without ever making us feel annoying. She went out of her way on our big day to ensure everything was executed flawlessly- and I couldn't have asked for more. 12/10.

My husband and I got married this past September at Geneva National, and we had the best experience! We chose the Legends Room for our reception space, and we absolutely loved its warm wooden beams and beautiful brick accent wall. While the space itself was amazing, the true stars were the staff—especially Maya Heckmann, who made our entire experience phenomenal. As someone who didn’t hire a wedding planner, I truly appreciated Maya’s outstanding communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond. She was always friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Maya is truly an asset to Geneva National. Our wedding day went perfectly—everything ran smoothly and exactly as planned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t recommend Geneva National highly enough!

Could not be happier. Help me get everything I wanted at a very reasonable price! and the building is gorgeous.

We used Harbor Shores for our room block for a Lake Geneva wedding. The hotel is really nice. It is right next to the lake, has a pool, and serves a free continental breakfast. For our wedding block as the bride and groom we could not be offered a free room but we were able to get a lake view room for the price of a park view room which was very nice. The staff was easy to work with, gave us extra parking passes and attended to all of our needs.

We got married at The Ridge Hotel on 05/25/2024. Cindy Nelsen was our point of contact throughout, and we can't thank her and the entire team enough for making our day so beautiful! The outdoor area where we got married was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and every ask we had was able to come to life. A special thing we wanted was signature drinks, two that were served throughout the night, and butler-passed espresso martinis at dessert time. All of this was made possible thanks to Cindy and the wonderful team. We want to thank Lazer as well, the banquets manager, for being so kind and giving above and beyond service just like Cindy. The food was incredible, the grounds and banquet hall were beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch.

We stumbled upon the Maxwell while walking around lake Geneva and instantly fell in love and knew this was going to be our wedding venue. We worked with Sarah and she was a great communicator. Our wedding was originally planned to be outdoors but due to the weather we had to move indoors and the staff was very accommodating. We plan to come back every year for anniversary or any other occasions
