The Farm at Dover is a barn wedding venue located in Kansasville, WI. The magical venue features a historic, charming, and elegant two-story barn surrounded by 20 acres of scenic flower and vegetable gardens, woodlands, and meadows. The property provides a picture-perfect backdrop for the wedding of your dreams. As you explore, you’ll find a beautiful wooded ceremony area, a stone-walled secret garden, and multiple outdoor areas for socializing and photo-ops.
Our 1880s, 4300 sq. ft. barn is fully restored with modern amenities, a lower-level cocktail space, an upper-level with a mezzanine for your reception, multiple bars, and a beautiful deck overlooking the forest. Also, on our property, you’ll find a perfectly-appointed, pink Victorian home that serves as the bridal suite and a two-story groom’s cabin.
Choose from two stunning outdoor ceremony areas where you can tie the knot surrounded by natural beauty. Don’t worry about the weather - in the event of rain, our team will create a gorgeous ceremony space inside the barn.

The Most Magical Wedding Venue
Beautiful Wedding Venue and Experience
Tom was extremely responsive, reliable, and flexible in helping coordinate everything we wanted for our special day. He even went out of his way without question to help with a few unique special requests we had.
We cannot recommend this venue highly enough if you’re looking for a rustic. remote venue to celebrate your wedding with family and friends.

Our guests raved to us about the thoughtful layout. From the beautiful walk starting at the parking lot to the barn, and then the barn to the ceremony site, there are hundreds of places to get “lost” along the way.
Tom and Juan, I felt your love for the Farm in the way every small detail culminated into a story or an experience. I can’t thank you enough for your help in making our day the best it possibly could have been. Our wedding was pure magic as was our stay in the lake house. Thank you again for the part you played in our story.
Incredible venue with an amazing team who made our wedding day perfect!
We were originally supposed to get married in Chicago, but less than 2 months out, we decided to move our wedding out of state to Wisconsin. We came across The Farm at Dover's website and I said to my now husband "there is no way this place will have availability." Luckily, and to my surprise, the only date they had available in 2021 was our wedding date! We reached out immediately and scheduled a tour that weekend, and fell in love with the venue the second we pulled up.
It is the most beautiful, intimate space with the most incredible attention to detail everywhere that you look. Tom and Juan put so much thought into every aspect of the venue and their expertise really shows - I couldn't believe we found such a perfect place for our wedding. We were actually more excited about The Farm at Dover than we ever were about our original venue in Chicago.
We were able to utilize all of our vendors from Chicago, and Tom and Juan were so accommodating, responsive and easy to work with throughout the stressful process of moving a wedding less than 2 months out!
The day of the wedding was nothing short of incredible. The champagne provided at the Farm's lake house where we were staying, and the special gift from Tom and Juan in the bridal house while we were getting ready were a huge surprise and SO thoughtful.
We had such a blast at our wedding and wish we could do the day all over again because it was so much fun! We are so grateful to Tom & Juan and everyone at the Farm at Dover for making our wedding day better than we ever could have imagined. I would recommend this amazing venue to any couple in the Chicagoland area!
