We couldn’t ask for more, my husband and I were looking something cozy and beautiful, we planned this wedding in less than 3 months and Amanda helped us to made this wedding come true, she understood all my ideas and was so nice to settle the decor, was a small wedding but it felts like a big one, all the guest and us had so much fun and enjoyed our wedding, everyone loved the place, the ceremony, the reception, exceptional.

Our wedding at The Pfister Hotel was nothing short of a dream come true, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service and responsiveness were absolutely impeccable, setting the stage for a truly unforgettable celebration. The absolute MVP of our entire planning process was our Event Manager, Mickey Skrede. Seriously, Mickey is a magician! His expertise, calm demeanor, and incredible attention to detail made every decision easy and enjoyable. We would trust him to plan any event, ever, for the rest of time. He anticipated our needs, answered every question before we even asked, and seamlessly orchestrated our entire weekend. Our morning started with pure pampering at The Pfister's Salon and Spa. They did the most amazing job with my bridal makeup and that of my entire bridal party. We all looked absolutely stunning! The mimosas were flowing, and they had us all ready and looking fabulous in a timely fashion. I truly felt like a princess! The entire staff at The Pfister has it down to a science. The setup and breakdown of everything – from the cocktail hour and ceremony to the reception and even the rehearsal dinner – occurred with such incredible fluidity, the entire day felt seamless. Every staff member was professional, incredibly kind, and attentive. The bartenders, in particular, are hands down some of Milwaukee's best, keeping the celebration lively and our guests happy. The venue itself is breathtaking which made the recently renovated space more elegant as the backdrop to our wedding. And then there's the catering – prepare to be amazed! It is genuinely rare for an event with over 120 guests to serve 5-star food, but The Pfister achieved it effortlessly. The filet was, without a doubt, the best I have ever had in my life. Every dish was perfectly cooked, plated so beautifully it looked like a Michelin-star meal, and served in a timely, efficient manner. Both the dinner service and the hors d'oeuvre service were outstanding. We cannot say enough nice things about the catering staff – they were phenomenal. And the dessert table was so beautiful, our guests are still raving about it! To top it all off, the late-night pizzas from their sister hotel, The Saint Kate, were a huge hit, and not a single slice was left. The Pfister Hotel provided a truly magnificent experience. If you're looking for a venue that delivers unparalleled service, exquisite food, and a truly magical atmosphere, look no further.

The entire event was beyond awesome from the smallest detail to the overall experience. We could not be more than impressed and you exceeded all of our expectations! You guys get A++++ Everyone commented on how wonderful was the venue, table arrangements and service. We thought as did everyone that the food was absolutely fantastic. My Mom who is a world class Condé Nast travel agent who has been to all 7 continents etc was really impressed. She frequently dines at Chicago’s best restaurant and she is not easily impressed. She thought the food, wine, service as venue were outstanding as did everyone else. When you change your venue with 2 months before the date (due to Covid). You get a little weary, but Heather did an amazing job to put us at ease. The staff bent over backwards to ensure our 10.10.2020 wedding was a dream come true. Heather was our day of coordinator to ensure a seamless day. She contacted our venders for timing of arrival and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Even when we threw a curve ball and had the ceremony and reception in the same location and didn't want any of the tables set up. (this allowed our decorator to lay the white dancefloor for the ceremony and made it look like 2 separate rooms), there response was "well there is a first for everything, lets do it!" the food was out of this world, we a steak option and a chicken stuffed with herb cream cheese. we were able to customize our dishes to be exactly what we wanted. The price was perfect for the budge and the room blocks were very helpful. we HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking -- you truly can transform the room to your dream wedding!

We would absolutely recommend Saint Kate as a venue for your wedding day!! We loved the venue and people we worked with right from the start. We really loved the tasting experience, as we felt Saint Kate gave us the best experience to try everything they have to offer (which is a lot!)... we still have family and friends, a year later, who comment on how good the apps, dinner & drinks were! The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous the night of our reception- everything was where we planned & set up beautifully. We had a good amount of guests come from out of town, so having it at a hotel venue was perfect and convenient for our guests. My husband and I are very glad we chose Hilton for our wedding reception venue! We had a wonderful experience. Initially we had concerns about the venue undergoing renovations around our date, but the team handled our concerns professionally and offered us a fair solution, which we really appreciated. On the day of our wedding, everything ran seamlessly. Kristine and the staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure everything smoothly. Also, HUGE thanks for Kristine for saving the day by helping to grab my veil (which I forgot in the hotel room and was already at the church when I realized) and she ran it downstairs to my friend to bring it over. This was beyond any expectations and saved so much time! Aside from that, our guests had an AMAZING time, the food and atmosphere were wonderful, and the night truly went off without a hitch. I’ll also mention how useful the included Getting Ready Rooms were, and they were so kind to let us leave things in there during the day of our wedding. The staff overall was so kind and helpful and for that we are forever grateful!!!

We worked with Jen from Hotel Metro and it was incredible. We booked hotel rooms for getting ready and guests to stay the night and the rooms were gorgeous with lots of windows. The food was excellent and the staff was incredible. We had a balcony rooftop and we hung out all night, dancing and enjoying the city views. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Love the modern yet classic look of the hotel, some cool architectural features too. Great flow of the venue and excellent location near the lake for photos but lots to do nearby for our guests. McKayla and Andrew were both great to work with for the initial meetings and with some modifications we needed to make. Love that everything is in the price, made it really easy to gage cost-lthis wasn't the case with many venues. Will admit this place wasn't on my radar but I had the best experience with the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown in our venue search which made an easy decision for us. Would very highly recommend!!!

We had our wedding reception in the VUE Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and it went amazing! Rindy Hart was a huge help throughout the wedding planning process, meeting with us various times to plan, walkthrough the details and venue space, and responded to our many emails in a very timely manner. The VUE Ballroom was a great venue space for our wedding reception with around 90 people, with a great cocktail hour space, dinner room, dance floor, and you can't beat the view. All of the Hyatt staff that we met were very friendly and helpful, making sure that all of our needs were met and everything was taken care of. I'd highly recommend the VUE Ballroom/Hyatt Regency!
