We absolutely LOVED our experience with Lake Lawn. We worked specifically with Danielle and I would recommend her until I’m blue in the face. She was incredibly responsive, incredibly accommodating, and incredibly professional. She is a pro at what she does. The venue was great to work with, the staff were so kind and welcoming to everyone. My husband and I decided to eat dinner separate from all of our wedding guests to have a moment alone, and the venue set up a room/ table specifically for us. Decorated like our guest tables, with all the cocktail hour treats, a bottle of wine, and our dinner and dessert. Every part of this weekend was a dream! Lake Lawn and Danielle really made every single one of our plans work. We go back to visit often now, and so many of our guests come back for lunch or a long weekend. If you are on the fence or are considering Lake Lawn, I cannot stress how much it is worth it. I would do it all over again.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. Ashley was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered questions promptly and thoroughly and made sure that on the day of, everything was to our satisfaction. Ashley went above and beyond providing water vases and candles for the table decor. Food was excellent, catered to food allergies, along with many options between family style or buffet. Tons of space in the Keystone lobby and Grand Master Ballroom to fit our 200 guests. We had room in the bridal suite to get ready along with a complimentary suite in the hotel for the groomsmen to get dressed in.

We are so happy we chose Grand Geneva Resort for our special day. It was a smooth experience from the moment we first came to see the Chalet, to every step in between. Our event manager, Alyssa Hill, made the whole process feel so manageable, and even fun! The resort was welcoming and our guests enjoyed their stay. At the end of our wedding night, we had a lovely surprise waiting for us at our hotel room- it was the icing on the cake and such a great ending to a fairytale day. I have nothing but positives reviews myself, and from our guests. Alyssa Hill is a great communicator & made us feel so taken care of. There's so many small details that go into a wedding, but she was always one step ahead and ensuring us that we're on the right path and making great time. She had a way of making us feel calm, while answering every little question that came up without ever making us feel annoying. She went out of her way on our big day to ensure everything was executed flawlessly- and I couldn't have asked for more. 12/10.

We had our wedding last week at the Concourse. Since booking last summer we have been working with Kylie, their event coordinator at the hotel. Kylie is absolutely AMAZING, so responsive, professional, and absolutely detail oriented. She answered any and all questions from us typically within a few hours, was so easy to work with, and truly made the planning process seamless. The hotel itself also was extremely organized with the floor plan for our wedding and reception, as well as getting everything we needed for our getting ready spaces too. We also hosted a breakfast the morning after our wedding that could not have been easier for us and required basically no set up on our end. It was a super fun process to have our tasting and all of the appetizers and meals turned out great. The catering team was very accommodating to allergies and special preferences. Overall, we had an amazing wedding at the Concourse and could not recommend Kylie or the team more!

We had our wedding at the Abbey Resort June 20 and could not recommend it enough. Our ceremony was on the harbor lawn under the gazebo, and it was absolutely stunning. The backdrop with the lake in the background was very special too, I don't think there are many other places on Lake Geneva you could incorporate the lake as well! Leading up to the ceremony, Jonathan was a joy to work with and made sure our day went perfect. There were a few weddings on the property the same day as ours (which we figured for a June wedding in LG!!), and Jonathan made us feel like the only/most important people there and we never even saw the other groups because of his excellent planning. The entire staff was so kind and professional, it was clear they are experts at hosting events like this. We also had a great experience with the room block, it was easy to work with Ann who sent us updates as people reserved their rooms. Keanu at the front desk was also so helpful to us and our guests as they passed out wedding favors as people checked in. Overall, it was wonderful! Thank you Jonathan and the rest of the team!!!

We had a great experience with our wedding here. We were the first wedding of the year so expected a few issues here and there. Staff (particularly Holly) was amazing when it came to time to start setting up and for the whole weekend. We were missing a table which they quickly corrected. There was an issue with power at the ceremony site noticed on friday night, but they had power to use on Saturday. Only downfall is very outdated hotel rooms - but people aren’t here to spend time in the rooms anyway!

Would recommend this place over and over again. Caity and the entire team (especially the service staff) were absolutely amazing. Not to mention A GREAT option for AN AFFORDABLE price!!!!! Truly speechless and forever grateful!!!

We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our reception and stay. The customer service is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed if you have your reception here.

My mom worked at Rock Garden and I used to help out at the restaurant on holidays when I was younger so we knew we wanted to have the reception there. We had the Windsor ballroom and it looked AMAZING. My husband and I could not believe how beautiful it looked once everything was put together. And our food was out of this world!!! I think we got more compliments on our food than anything else. We did a buffet of salmon, chicken, beef tips, and various sides plus a prime rib carving station. Special thanks to Lacey, Jack, and cooks (Juan and Ben) you made our night perfect!
