My wedding ceremony was held in the court yard, and reception in the ballroom at Double Tree. Albeit stressed as the wedding approached, I can honestly say that everything went as planned on my wedding day, and I owe it to Maggie--my wedding day coordinator. Maggie was very prompt with communicating with the rest of my vendors. I had more than one food tasting, made adjustments to certain meals, yet the team was very accommodating. Consequently, everyone enjoyed their meals! I also appreciated their complimentary suite (night of wedding) and breakfast the following day. Thank you very much to Maggie and the rest of her team, for their hard-work in making sure my wedding day was a success!

With so many friends and family coming out of town it was crucial for us to have thing run smoothly. We had a large group from Minnesota and at the DoubleTree the staff were very accommodating in helping me make sure that our guest felt welcomed, especially when it came to last minute things. The concierge service was very attentive though it wasn't their job, they were all willing to go out of their way to help make our day even more special!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the DoubleTree in Brookfield this past November. It was a huge success and the staff were great to work with. Victoria, the event planner, did an amazing job from the beginning - from setting up times for tastings to giving us helpful hints. She did all of the day-of vendor coordination, which was a huge relief knowing we had someone at the reception to direct our cake, DJ, photobooth, etc. Her team did an excellent job with the setup/decor. We dropped off a few boxes with decorations and supplies the week before and they transformed the room.

The food was delicous and well-priced. The servers and bartenders were extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

The outdoor courtyard was also beautiful for some extra pictures, and, weather permitting, would be a wonderful place for an outdoor ceremony.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free place for their wedding reception.

Victoria and the DoubleTree were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made our day so seamless and alleveated any stress that could have come up (ie rain). Because of their outstanding service, I have been recommending this DoubleTree to everyone I know.

Working with Victoria and the Hilton Double Tree was a dream come true. Our event was beautiful and wouldn't of been possible with out all their help that they provided. I can not express a big enough gratitude on how great they were to work with and make our dream possible. The value and what was provided was an UNBELIEVABLE deal. It was almost a steal. Lastly -- the food on day of was the best food we had ever had catered. My husband and I are both classically trained chefs so the quality, taste and presentation speaks volumes of how well they could run an event to us.

I came across DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee-Brookfield as I was desperately looking for a reception hall online, and all the locations I knew and the ones that advertise the most where booked or not simply returning my calls. After the first meeting with Victoria, my husband agreed with me that this was the place, she was just awesome and they only hosted one wedding at a time.
Planning went smoothly and our entire wedding celebration last Saturday was a blast, we couldn’t have asked for more. The weather turned out better than anticipated, the church wedding ceremony at Saints Peter & Paul was outstanding, got a lot of praises from people even non church- goers. That set the tone and raised guests’ expectations for the rest of the night. And you guys did it, the reception at DoubleTree by Hilton Milwaukee-Brookfield was even more amazing!!! The room was beautifully decorated with our personal adds and everything was set on time, thanks for being flexible and accommodating my last minute changes. Not one complaint we heard from our guests and family, which is very rare. I loved, absolutely loved my Chicken Saltimbocca and also had few bites of Eric’s Filet mignon and I wished I had a larger stomach. Many people commented about the tastiness of their entrées, a guest who is a foodie even said it’s one of the best filets he ever had! Please make sure to pass along these compliments to the chef, I wanted to do it in person but ran out of time on Sunday. The late night pizzas were delicious too, I had 3 slices my own self (can you tell I love to eat?). Regarding drinks, the bartender was amazing! Many people complimented his services, as well as the manager that took after you (sorry forgot his name). In summary, our wedding celebration was a total success, more than we had anticipated. Thanks a lot Victoria and the Doubletree by Hilton Milwaukee-Brookfield staff, for all you did to outperform our dream.

Loved the DoubleTree! Victoria, the wedding/event coordinator, is awesome to work with. She's a ton of fun, makes everything easy, ready to jump in and help anytime you need it. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you're having a good time and everything is going smoothly. One of the employees was upset that I was carrying in my own bags the night before the wedding and almost insisted on taking them from me until I assured them that I was almost to my room and it was perfectly ok.

They took care of setting up everything for us (I had a really easy set-up, so that helped) and then even took down pretty much everything and packed it all up. The food is awesome (green beans, get the green beans!!), served very quickly, and definitely a great value--especially in the greater Milwaukee area. I couldn't find anywhere that fit this pricepoint. The room was packed with just about 140 guests though, so while they can fit more, be prepared for a very tight space.

The only complaint I had is that our dance floor started coming apart (!!) and it took over a half an hour after we told them for someone to come fix it. Our DJ was awesome, so no one wanted to leave the floor--even when the hotel staff was working on it! Some brides might have freaked out at it, but everyone still had a good time and no one got hurt, so even at the time it was kind of funny. Now it just makes for a good story.
