Facilities and Capacity

Explore our wedding and event venues that can be transformed into the wedding of your dreams - whether that be classic or bohemian, luxurious or rustic, your wish is our command. We can accommodate large guest lists of up to 300 as well as micro-weddings with just your closest family and friends. From the Bridal Shower to the Wedding Reception, our dedicated team will assist you every step of the way to create an unforgettable celebration of your love and future.

We offer two ceremony site options, three ballroom options, and a seasonal tent wedding option. We are also partnered with The Escapade Yacht which is the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners and cocktail hours for micro-weddings.

Dartford Ballroom:

The Dartford Ballroom is our largest ballroom boasting a maximum capacity of 320 people while providing magnificent views and access to the lake via a wall of arched French Doors leading out to a private lakeside veranda. Beautiful lighting and available dance floor compliment any celebration. Dartford's large lobby adds additional space for cocktail receptions and special wedding amenities.

Pleasant Point Ballroom:

Located on the lower level of the hotel and has a maximum capacity of 160. This ballroom has a built-in stage with dance floor and a large walk-out patio with green space with access to the outdoor fireplace. This ballroom also shares the beautiful lake views along with the rest of the property. The adjoining Waves Pub & Grill may be added the event space as an option.

Sandstone Ballroom:

Located at ground level with a maximum capacity of 110 people, Sandstone Ballroom is the perfect venue for more intimate or micro-weddings. Sandstone Ballroom features a wall of French Doors leading out to a private patio and green space along with gorgeous lake views.
