We both fell in love with the look and feel of this venue. We were targeting a Rustic & Romantic look. This is where Hillary came in, we contacted her and she was always lovely to work with. She made arrangements for us to tour the Distillery and explained the different areas, as well as a general run down of what most couples do on their day but let us know they are open to creative ideas. She really put our minds at ease and we knew it was the right place for us. During the months leading up to the wedding, we were in contact, as we had many questions and requests. Hillary never stood down and was always there for us to quickly respond to our emails and ideas. I was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle and saw how beautiful everything was. People often ask us what was the best part of our wedding, and I can say for both of us the best part about the day was that we didn't have to worry about anything. Their operation is cool and slick. The coordination they have with their staff and vendors is amazing. We never had to keep track of time (we lost it often), and everyone at Green Bay Distillery was there making sure everything was running smoothly. We highly recommend Green Bay Distillery, Hillary and her entire staff! Thank you Green Bay Distillery, you made our day the most special day!

Perfect day. Perfect venue. They worked with our wedding party and if any issues came up they were delighted to take care of it! Made my life so much easier and seeing I didn't have a wedding planner to help me, they were very open and knew exactly what I needed.

Everything was wonderful, communication was a little slow at times but we always had our questions answered and things were figured out! Food was amazing and so many guests complimented it’s the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We also did the brew day and brewed our beer for the wedding, it was a huge hit!
