We both fell in love with the look and feel of this venue. We were targeting a Rustic & Romantic look. This is where Hillary came in, we contacted her and she was always lovely to work with. She made arrangements for us to tour the Distillery and explained the different areas, as well as a general run down of what most couples do on their day but let us know they are open to creative ideas. She really put our minds at ease and we knew it was the right place for us.

During the months leading up to the wedding, we were in contact, as we had many questions and requests. Hillary never stood down and was always there for us to quickly respond to our emails and ideas.

I was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle and saw how beautiful everything was.

People often ask us what was the best part of our wedding, and I can say for both of us the best part about the day was that we didn't have to worry about anything. Their operation is cool and slick. The coordination they have with their staff and vendors is amazing. We never had to keep track of time (we lost it often), and everyone at Green Bay Distillery was there making sure everything was running smoothly.

We fell in love with the look at the Distillery the moment that we walked in. Working with Hilary in the planning process was very smooth and easy. She was super responsive of the many questions that we asked along the way. The food was excellent and the people working the day of were amazing. The day before our wedding, there was a sign on the wall that near impossible to move and the day of, they went out of their way to have it moved off the wall for our ceremony. With a front patio room and larger back room, we were able to host our ceremony in one and the reception in the other without having to flip the room. Overall, the service and atmosphere offered by the Distillery helped make our reception that much better!

We got married March 24th of 2018. The Green Bay Distillery was hands down the most accommodating wedding professional we worked with. The service we received throughout the planning to the actual day of the event was above and beyond! We got so many compliments on the venue and EVERYONE loved the food.

I truly enjoyed my experience working with the Distillery. Although there was a lot of staff being changed around throughout our communications, they kept amazing records of everything, and there weren't any issues. They were very flexible and responsive to our needs and wants. They made my reception so easy!

Word of advice for future brides and grooms: Book your venue immediately! They book up quite early! My fiancé and I got engaged on March 7th, 2014 and married April 25th, 2015. We checked out many various venues but we fell in love with the Distillery. It’s modern, updated, large bathrooms, and a large family bathroom. Green Bay Distillery is just a gorgeous place in general. An added bonus (if you are Packer fan) you can see the Stadium from the venue.

The event coordinator/manager, Mike, is phenomenal. I, honestly, could not praise him enough. He has great leadership and you feel at ease with him as a bride (and groom! Even my hubby mentioned how great Mike was!). He was superb at making sure things ran smooth and the food was outstanding! Every time I mentioned to someone that I was getting married at the Distillery they would comment about how exceptional the food is. I woke up the next morning, craving their chicken and stuffing! They were up front about pricing and no “sneaky” charges. (I have heard that this happens at other venues but it did not happen at Green Bay distillery.) Also, the responsiveness of Green Bay Distillery was above and beyond. I don’t think there was ever a time they didn’t respond within 24 hours if I had a question or request. They were extremely accommodating and helpful through the whole wedding process. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking for a venue!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was such a great experience, the food was AMAZING! Every time my husband and I come to Green Bay we always end up coming in here for drinks and food. We had the corner room with the bar and fantastic view of the stadium! Couldn't be happier with our night there!! Thank you to all the staff!

Green Bay Distillery is a fantastic place to have your wedding if you are looking for a non traditional hotel ballroom. The space is very industrial, open ceiling, stage, great flooring for dancing, a bar area, and a small seating. They are so flexible with their venue options. I ended up doing the family style meal which it's been over a year and people are raving about the food! They are great with ordering certain beers for you guests as well, the groom is a beer connoisseur and wanted to have the guests happy. The waitstaff is amazing, so great with making sure every table was served in a timely manner and not waiting. They will accomodate every little detail and work with your other vendors on the big day. I highly recommened this event space! I will agree with the other comment, there was a bit of small confusion when the other event coordinator had left, but I did not have as much of a problem. I would frequently send emails a few times to give Mike a heads up, and he was very accepting of the ideas/items I was bringing to him. He did everything he could to make the day fantastic. I would not have changed my decision. Such a beautiful spapce!

The Green Bay Distillery's banquet hall is a beautiful rustic room with open ceiling wood beams. It has a bar area, dance area, and dining area, along with a stage and large projection screen for video. Mike was extremely easy to work with and was open to any ideas. Everything turned out beautiful!
