We both fell in love with the look and feel of this venue. We were targeting a Rustic & Romantic look. This is where Hillary came in, we contacted her and she was always lovely to work with. She made arrangements for us to tour the Distillery and explained the different areas, as well as a general run down of what most couples do on their day but let us know they are open to creative ideas. She really put our minds at ease and we knew it was the right place for us.

During the months leading up to the wedding, we were in contact, as we had many questions and requests. Hillary never stood down and was always there for us to quickly respond to our emails and ideas.

I was absolutely blown away when I walked down the aisle and saw how beautiful everything was.

People often ask us what was the best part of our wedding, and I can say for both of us the best part about the day was that we didn't have to worry about anything. Their operation is cool and slick. The coordination they have with their staff and vendors is amazing. We never had to keep track of time (we lost it often), and everyone at Green Bay Distillery was there making sure everything was running smoothly.

We fell in love with the look at the Distillery the moment that we walked in. Working with Hilary in the planning process was very smooth and easy. She was super responsive of the many questions that we asked along the way. The food was excellent and the people working the day of were amazing. The day before our wedding, there was a sign on the wall that near impossible to move and the day of, they went out of their way to have it moved off the wall for our ceremony. With a front patio room and larger back room, we were able to host our ceremony in one and the reception in the other without having to flip the room. Overall, the service and atmosphere offered by the Distillery helped make our reception that much better!

We got married March 24th of 2018. The Green Bay Distillery was hands down the most accommodating wedding professional we worked with. The service we received throughout the planning to the actual day of the event was above and beyond! We got so many compliments on the venue and EVERYONE loved the food.

I truly enjoyed my experience working with the Distillery. Although there was a lot of staff being changed around throughout our communications, they kept amazing records of everything, and there weren't any issues. They were very flexible and responsive to our needs and wants. They made my reception so easy!

Word of advice for future brides and grooms: Book your venue immediately! They book up quite early! My fiancé and I got engaged on March 7th, 2014 and married April 25th, 2015. We checked out many various venues but we fell in love with the Distillery. It’s modern, updated, large bathrooms, and a large family bathroom. Green Bay Distillery is just a gorgeous place in general. An added bonus (if you are Packer fan) you can see the Stadium from the venue.

The event coordinator/manager, Mike, is phenomenal. I, honestly, could not praise him enough. He has great leadership and you feel at ease with him as a bride (and groom! Even my hubby mentioned how great Mike was!). He was superb at making sure things ran smooth and the food was outstanding! Every time I mentioned to someone that I was getting married at the Distillery they would comment about how exceptional the food is. I woke up the next morning, craving their chicken and stuffing! They were up front about pricing and no “sneaky” charges. (I have heard that this happens at other venues but it did not happen at Green Bay distillery.) Also, the responsiveness of Green Bay Distillery was above and beyond. I don’t think there was ever a time they didn’t respond within 24 hours if I had a question or request. They were extremely accommodating and helpful through the whole wedding process. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking for a venue!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was such a great experience, the food was AMAZING! Every time my husband and I come to Green Bay we always end up coming in here for drinks and food. We had the corner room with the bar and fantastic view of the stadium! Couldn't be happier with our night there!! Thank you to all the staff!

The Green Bay Distillery's banquet hall is a beautiful rustic room with open ceiling wood beams. It has a bar area, dance area, and dining area, along with a stage and large projection screen for video. Mike was extremely easy to work with and was open to any ideas. Everything turned out beautiful!

Green Bay Distillery is a fantastic place to have your wedding if you are looking for a non traditional hotel ballroom. The space is very industrial, open ceiling, stage, great flooring for dancing, a bar area, and a small seating. They are so flexible with their venue options. I ended up doing the family style meal which it's been over a year and people are raving about the food! They are great with ordering certain beers for you guests as well, the groom is a beer connoisseur and wanted to have the guests happy. The waitstaff is amazing, so great with making sure every table was served in a timely manner and not waiting. They will accomodate every little detail and work with your other vendors on the big day. I highly recommened this event space! I will agree with the other comment, there was a bit of small confusion when the other event coordinator had left, but I did not have as much of a problem. I would frequently send emails a few times to give Mike a heads up, and he was very accepting of the ideas/items I was bringing to him. He did everything he could to make the day fantastic. I would not have changed my decision. Such a beautiful spapce!

Wedding Reception Review: Where do we begin....If you want THE BEST food and THE BEST venue for a wedding reception in Green Bay WI, this is the place to have it as you can't usually find "both" under one roof except here!! The managers, Heather & Mike accommodated every one of our requests and threw in great suggestions and idea's. The banquet hall is Awesome!! Comfortable lounge furniture, GREAT bar area, Huge stage (if you want a band). They let us have a "buffet" dinner set up for hours as we wanted a relaxed atmosphere (not everyone fighting over tables). The food was HOT the whole time and nothing ever ran out. Everyone raved that it was THE BEST food they have ever had at a wedding reception. The service was over the top. From servers to bartenders to the clean up crew, everyone asked if we needed anything. The bartenders were fast, funny and always served with a smile! Margarita bar, you got it and we have the Tiki bar to go with it, signature drink, we can do that and at a great price!! Decorate any way you want and if you need anything, they will get it for you! Did I mention the great outside patio for guest to mingle? Huge screen to show your video's or wedding pictures. Anything you can imagine or want for your wedding day is all at this establishment, just ask and they will make sure it happens. We are still getting texts, calls and emails raving about this place. Everyone said that our wedding reception was the greatest reception they have ever been to!!! GBD made it all happen and we will never forget this night nor will our guest. Brides...You have to check this venue out and book your wedding here, you and your guest will talk about it for months!! I can't say enough about how they made our night everything we dreamed of. Thanks GBD and a special thanks to Heather and Mike and their crew!!

I cant even express how amazing The Distillery was. They made everything so easy from the beginning. The service, food, and venue are an amazing value for the price you pay! They accommodated my drink requests, food requests, and any other small requests I had. Everyone involved seemed to care that our wedding went well! I would highly recommend using their "in house" DJ as well. He was awesome and works with the venue a lot so they were able to coordinate certain things with out having to involve me.

The Green Bay Distillery was an absolutely perfect choice for our wedding reception. They were responsive and flexible with our requests, and ensured that everything ran smoothly the evening of our wedding. They opened our cocktail hour a little early for guests who came right from the church, and Mike was right on top of our schedule for toasts during dinner. They were completely flexible with changing our dessert options and accommodating outside desserts one week before the wedding. Their service was phenomenal and everyone I talked to raved about the food and late-night pizza bar.

We absolutely loved every minute of having our reception at the Green Bay Distillery! The location is perfect for Green Bay Packer fans! We love how the banquet hall has a warm industrial feel. The food was fantastic (Chicken & Tips), and the service was top notch. The Distillery event staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process. They were open to special requests and made every effort to accomidate! Our guests absolutely loved this facility and the food. We couldn't be happier this is where we chose to have our wedding reception!

Everyone was good to work with, the event staff was very responsive in a timely manner. All of our guests commented how good all the food was and how friendly the staff was! The reception hall is a big space and flows good with the wedding! Would definitely recommend for a wedding!!

Our coordinator, Amanda, was great to work with. She answered emails relatively quickly. This venue has an industrial feel that really complimented our wedding theme/décor. The staff on the night of the wedding were amazing to work with. There are many different food options, but we chose the traditional broasted chicken and beef tips package. The food was delivered on time and was excellent!!! The staff even packaged up some of the leftovers for our bridal party to take back to the hotel to eat later. I would definitely suggest ordering a package for your wedding which included any unlimited tap beer all night for guests. That really saved our budget. After a few hours, the venue brought out assorted pizzas for our guests (an additional service we requested) to snack on while dancing. The pizzas were delicious.

Another suggestion is to have the head table off the stage. Our head table was up there thinking we would be able to see our guests better. However, the lighting was constantly in our eyes and we were all extremely hot and sweating under the lighting. We had to ask twice to have the lights turned down.

My only issue with them was pricing and bartending staff. 1) Pricing: we were given a banquet planning guide with all the prices and information. After we booked, the venue tried to say our security deposit didn't count toward our final cost because it was a hall rental fee. I had to speak with a manager to discuss this. Eventually, they applied the security deposit toward our overall cost. 2) Staff: I put a honeymoon jar on the bar (that I made, labeled, & it decorated to match my wedding décor) so guests could contribute change to our honeymoon if so desired. We discovered the bartenders had emptied this jar into their cash register and claimed they thought this was their tip jar, but they already provided their own tin bucket on the bar for their tips. I was extremely unhappy when I discovered this. We were not refunded for this.

Overall great venue. Room was beautiful and staff was very helpful with setup. Food is absolutely delicious! Service was a bit slow.

We recently had our wedding cocktail hour and reception at the Green Bay Distillery. That day, the rooms and food ended up looking gorgeous and tasting awesome. The team really pulled through - I believe thanks to the manager Mike. I received numerous compliments on how great the appetizers and plated meals were.
Leading up to the wedding day, I did have some difficulties dealing with the Distillery. When I first booked they had an event coordinator (Heather) who was very helpful and accommodating. I am a detail oriented bride so this was very helpful to have considering it's the second biggest part of the day! Heather left about a year before our wedding and that is when my difficulties started. The responsiveness wasn't as timely and when I was contacted back it would be by two or three different people who didn't seem to pass the information along to each other. A month before the wedding, I received an email with the final information of which 50%+ was incorrect. This added a lot of stress and after discussing with Mike the manager that I only wanted to deal with him, things were fixed. My suggestion to the GBD is to hire someone who strictly deals with events so it keeps the brides/hosts stress free.
Given that, as I had previously mentioned the day did turn out perfectly and the food was excellent. It is a very unique facility for Green Bay and in the end was definitely worth it.
