Would recommend this place over and over again. Caity and the entire team (especially the service staff) were absolutely amazing. Not to mention A GREAT option for AN AFFORDABLE price!!!!! Truly speechless and forever grateful!!!

My mom worked at Rock Garden and I used to help out at the restaurant on holidays when I was younger so we knew we wanted to have the reception there. We had the Windsor ballroom and it looked AMAZING. My husband and I could not believe how beautiful it looked once everything was put together. And our food was out of this world!!! I think we got more compliments on our food than anything else. We did a buffet of salmon, chicken, beef tips, and various sides plus a prime rib carving station. Special thanks to Lacey, Jack, and cooks (Juan and Ben) you made our night perfect!

Our daughter and son in law celebrated their wedding reception here on October 11,2025 Five stars. Beautiful hall, service was beyond exceptional. People are still talking about the food and how good it was. The couple chose a non traditional event and opted for a meal on the side of tailgating foods and it was awesome. Event coordinator was very accommodating and staff was great. The room itself is decorated beautifully so no need for over the top decorations. The reception had lots of room to have one enjoyable evening. Thank you all so much for this night

The hotel's historic elegance is spectacular!! We chose to have our entire wedding in the Alley because it is such a cool space and totally our vibe; but we took professional pictures all over the hotel so we didn't miss any of it's grand features. The hotel set up everything for the ceremony, took it down, and set up for dinner. We only added a few decorations of our own, so set up/clean up was quick/easy. We got TONS of compliments from all of our guests about how cool the hotel looked (from the lobby, to the Alley, to the rooms), how fun and comfy the Alley was, and how good dinner/dessert tasted. The staff that night were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated everything to how we wanted it. At the end of the night, we also had a surprise in our room. Fancy chocolate covered strawberries and chocolates (shown in attached pic), a bottle of champagne, and a glass picture frame (shown in attached pic). Thank you for making our celebration so special!! 💕

The Tundra Lodge was amazing to work with and helped make our wedding day perfect! Quick to respond and always was there to answer my questions and be with me every step of the way to the wedding day! We had our ceremony and our reception there and it was beautiful and perfect! Food was amazing as well!

After looking at 10+ venues, there was not a single doubt The Woods was was the place to go. They were a fraction of the price as other venues with just as much quality because they don't charge any sort of plate or drink minimum. It was so convenient having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one location. Justin was so informative, easy to work with, and responded to any email/questions within the same day. We had a couple last minute request the week of our wedding that he took care of right away. We needed 40 extra ceremony chairs that Justin took the time to seek out and rent for us. We also requested two large fruit platters just 2 day before the wedding, to which he made a separate trip to the store to get for us. All throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, the head of the kitchen staff frequently checked in with us and made sure everything was to our liking. I could not have asked for a better, more flexible and accommodating place to host our wedding.

Reverend Chuck Mize did a fantastic job at our wedding. He really took the time to sit down with us and get to know us prior to the wedding. The sermon was personalized just for us, and it was well-written and thoughtful.

Brian was amazing to work with, and the museum was super accommodating! Some emails got missed, especially if I sent them after operating hours, but Brian was really good about checking in with us, especially since we saw him at trainshows throughout the year. If I asked for something, they did their best to accomodate! I had no complaints for the ceremony!

We highly recommend the Hyatt/KI for your wedding! We worked with Mike from start to finish during the planning process. He was kind, patient, and extremely responsive. He helped every single one of our venue dreams come to life. When we first started looking at venues, we fell in love with the big ballroom and beautiful Riverview rooms at the Hyatt/KI. It is just such a pretty space. We chose the Hyatt/KI for our rehearsal dinner and for our wedding reception, and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! The staff at the Hyatt/KI were the most welcoming and kind people. They all greeted us with big smiles and were so easy to work with. Brooklynn was our event captain, and she met each and every one of our requests. She checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going just as planned, and provided us updates as needed. The bartenders were a ton of fun, and the serving staff was so sweet. We felt taken care of by each and every one of the staff. They showed that they wanted it to be the perfect day for us. Truly, they went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception the most perfect days. We cannot thank them all enough. The food was absolutely delicious (including the rehearsal dinner, appetizers, plated meals, and late-night snacks), and the drink selections were great. You will not regret booking with the Hyatt/KI!

I could not have asked for a better place to get married. The venue alone is gorgeous and the amount of space you get is amazing! Diana was amazing to work with and went above and beyond. We are very happy with how everything turned out!
