Set alongside the beautiful Fox River, let us provide you with a breathtaking backdrop for your vows in our Lenfestey Center or outdoors in our Fox River outdoor space. If you’re looking for a unique spot for your rehearsal dinner, consider our Silver Spirit or Dothan Dining train cars for an intimate event.

With affordable wedding packages and space for a ceremony, reception, or both, we would love to help you bring your perfect day to life. The National Railroad Museum is proud to be a welcoming wedding venue for couples of all types, and we are LGBTQ-friendly. We booked the NRRM to use for bridal party pictures. We couldn't be more pleased. Before we booked them, we went to scope out the scenery and location. We were provided with an individual tour of the grounds and all the trains available. We were also given a free train ride around the grounds!!! The day of our wedding, we arrived and were provided our own personal staff member to escort us around the property. He worked with our photographer to make sure we got excellent shots inside, outside, as well as inside train cars. Our pictures turned out perfectly!!!

Linda was absolutely fabulous to work with. I would do it all again and choose the Railroad Museum again. We have had nothing but compliments on our reception, people are still talking about it!

Brian was amazing to work with, and the museum was super accommodating! Some emails got missed, especially if I sent them after operating hours, but Brian was really good about checking in with us, especially since we saw him at trainshows throughout the year. If I asked for something, they did their best to accomodate! I had no complaints for the ceremony!

It was a beautiful and unique place to have a wedding! We recieved so many compliments on the venue: it was everything we were looking for! It was grand and elegant but fun, relaxed, and very unique. Linda was great to work with, very interested in us and our plans and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything turned out the way we wanted. Also, it is a non-profit venue so our part of our fees went to support educational programs for the museum! If you havn't checked out the museum and are looking for something more that your typical hall, I suggest you check out the National Railroad Museum.

Our wedding at The National Railroad Museum was absolutely beautiful. We held the ceremony indoors as it was a bit warm/humid that day, and if there were any customers in the museum, they were very respectable. The staff was on the ball to make sure everything was n time. It was such a unique venue that we have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful it was. Thank you to the museum for helping to make our day so wonderful.

The crew that was there was on their game and super ready to help with anything we needed. Obviously there are some set backs as this is a museum and the safety of their show pieces is top priority - however they were a blast to work with and couldn’t have been more thankful to the beauty of the venue.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to have a ceremony and reception. The events coordinator was not very organized. She would go days without emailing or calling me back. Also, she was on vacation during my wedding and she did not relay much information to her assistant which was very frustrating. Her assistant was very friendly and made the wedding day go smoothly.
