About

Claudette Renard began catering to her friends and family after many years working in the restaurant business. In 1984 she started Renard Country Elegance Old Fashioned Deli & Catering in a small building on three corners with some of her mothers recipes and a philosophy of Quality, Quantity & Variety for all of her customers.

The business has expanded into a large modern kitchen, but still follows her rules of using the best ingredients in every recipe, providing generous portions, and giving more choices on every menu than our competitors.

We have pricing available to see at our website for our most popular buffets. We can custom design menus to match any event! We love to custom design menus for our customers.

We currently have the experience, equipment and professional staff available to serve any catering needs. Whether your event is large or small, simple or elegant we can serve your guests with style!

Great option for weddings!

We got lots of compliments on how yummy the food was at our reception. The baked chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and green beans were all great and reheated well. Loved the flexibility of provided utensils/plateware/napkins with a variety of options. Shaun was awesome to work with!

Everything was perfect .

Everything was perfect. We had our daughter’s wedding dinner at Vickory village and Renards catered the food. We had broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, lasagna, macaroni and cheese, corn and salad. Renards was so professional and friendly. They took care of everything. Our guests are still raving about the food and the beautiful wedding. Thank you Renards!

Helpful and Delicious!

Renards Catering was absolutely fantastic for out wedding! Everyone on-site was polite, accommodating, and helpful. They asked if there was anything more they could do to help. We had the chicken kiev and beef brisket as our entrees, and both were delicious! All the guests commented on how good the food was. I would highly recommend Renards Catering to anyone hosting a wedding or big event!

Fantastic Wedding

We hired Renards for our wedding in Oconto. We had the pig roast, our guests raved about the food WOW. They were easy to work with, offered a great menu at a fair price. If We would need an event catered, they are the ones to call. Great Job and thank you to everyone at Renards

Excellent Food & Service

We booked Renard’s Catering for our wedding this winter and they were amazing! They were always quick to respond to emails and answer calls and made the whole planning process seem easy! All of our guests raved about how good the food was (we had their broasted chicken and beef tips), it was very reasonably priced, and they have an amazing selection to choose from. Also, we asked Renard’s to serve our sheet cakes to guests and before dinner they placed the pieces of cake at each guest table (as opposed to putting it on a separate cake table) and it was absolutely brilliant. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing food and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Great food, great price!

Renard's was super easy to work with which was great because our original caterer closed during covid and we had to find a new one 4 months before our new wedding date. Most importantly the food was delicious! They were extremely accommodating changes we needed to feed our guests. I would highly recommend them

Amazing Caterer!!

We booked Renard's for our wedding on July 27, 19 and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of service and food. All of our guests were raving about everything especially the baked chicken! The servers were so friendly and accommodating. We also hired our bartender through Renard's and he also did a wonderful job. You cannot go wrong hiring them as your caterer for any event!

Renard's Catering--WOW!

We hired Renard's Catering for our wedding this past Saturday and I am so happy we did. The food was outstanding! Our guests were seen getting seconds and thirds it was that delicious. Throughout the process, Denise and the entire Renard's family were quick to respond, beyond helpful, and very down to earth friendly. Our friends, family and us have not stopped raving about the quality of the food, how beautiful the buffet was set up and the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend Renard's Catering for any event and personally would hire them again!

So Many Compliments

We received so many compliments on the wonderful food and service from Renards. We did buffet for 150 guests and the food was perfectly hot and so so tasty. We had people going up for 2nds and 3rds! They were amazing to work with and easy to help select our dinner and snacks for our guests!

Renard's catered our tented summer wedding reception and we had a great experience. From the tasting to food selection, Denise was friendly and responsive. On the day of, we were incredibly impressed by the smiling faces of the servers, the presentation of our buffet, the great-tasting food and how quickly and quietly dishes were cleared from tables! The whole process practically went unnoticed by guests - it was like a well-choreographed dance. They also left behind no mess! I would hire Renard's to cater all of my events from now on.
