Everything was perfect. We had our daughter’s wedding dinner at Vickory village and Renards catered the food. We had broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, lasagna, macaroni and cheese, corn and salad. Renards was so professional and friendly. They took care of everything. Our guests are still raving about the food and the beautiful wedding. Thank you Renards! -

Renards Catering was absolutely fantastic for out wedding! Everyone on-site was polite, accommodating, and helpful. They asked if there was anything more they could do to help. We had the chicken kiev and beef brisket as our entrees, and both were delicious! All the guests commented on how good the food was. I would highly recommend Renards Catering to anyone hosting a wedding or big event! -

We received so many compliments on the wonderful food and service from Renards. We did buffet for 150 guests and the food was perfectly hot and so so tasty. We had people going up for 2nds and 3rds! They were amazing to work with and easy to help select our dinner and snacks for our guests! -

Rebecca Sent on 06/16/2018Renards was the PERFECT choice for the wedding. The food is still being complimented almost a month later. It was delicious and there was nothing that I wouldn’t order, had we the chance to do it over again. We had beef tips and baked chicken, neither of which were dry. Mashed potatoes, red potatoes, asparagus and green bean almondine. They were all fabulous!!! The green beans were so good that not one bean was left behind! The desserts were all gone as well. Denise did a miniature option of all the desserts for a dessert bar and they went over very well! The knee caps were delicious and everyone was talking about them!
I would recommend Renards to anyone who asks. -

Raving about Renards
We are so happy we decided to cater our wedding buffet through Renards. I can see why they are one of the preferred caterers at Badger State. The food was AMAZING and our guests raved about the food for weeks to come. The price compared to other catering companies was also very reasonable if not the most affordable of our options. And the amount of food we got for the price was so great. A lot of guests went up for seconds and we still had leftovers to take home (except the garlic mashed potatoes-those were too good that there were none left!) While we had a buffet, we also wanted to have plated salads on the tables so people could eat while they were waiting for their table to be released. Renards made sure they had the appropriate number of staff to man the buffet tables and take care of the guests needs (clearing plates, refilling water etc) We also used our own plates, silverware and linen, and Renards made sure to separate what was ours/theirs. It was overall a great experience working with them. The only negative was sometimes they were slow to respond to email, but were very responsive if you gave them a phone call! -

We were able to go in for two separate tastings, but there were some items they said they didn't make for tastings, either because they were standard or difficult to make in small batches. One of these was the baked ziti, which we chose as one of our two entrees, and we and several of our guests were sorely disappointed with this dish at the wedding - there were tons of diced peppers which overwhelmed the taste of the pasta and sauce. We also found their menu difficult to understand, since the names of several dishes were different on the paper and online menus from what we discussed at our tastings. However the servers were incredible and kept everything filled and warm for all 200 of our guests, and they made sure to ask several times if there was anything else they could do to help. The side dishes and desserts were also amazing, and we had hardly any food left over at the end of the night! -
