Stonewood is a luxurious wedding and event center located in the heart of Green Bay, WI.
Featuring a crystal lit foyer, elegant ballrooms and versatile conference rooms, it’s your perfect event destination.
From your first step inside our doors, our team ensures you feel relaxed and at ease for your special occasion. Hosting up to 350 guests, Stonewood accommodates everything from weddings and galas to business breakfast meetings, luncheons, and award ceremonies. Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor settings, allowing you to choose the backdrop for your event.
Stonewood offers a wealth of amenities including a full bar service, in-house catering, ceremony space, dance floor, and all the essential furniture and decor for your event.
Stonewood’s all-inclusive packages provide but are not limited to the following:
• Ballroom space
• Round and banquet tables and cross back chairs
• China, glassware and silverware
• Floor-length linens and napkins in a variety of colors
• Champagne toast for head table

Our onsite event team, along with a list of preferred partners, will be available and welcome all external vendors, offering you the opportunity to bring your creative vision to life.
We offer family-style, plated, and buffet-style meals and happy to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions upon request. Tasting sessions are available. Our culinary team collaborates to create a tailored menu for your special day or event.

Amazing vendor for a wedding
The venue has two spacious suites to get ready in, which was such a perk. We used one as the bridal suite and the other for the groomsmen. The guys loved being able to stream sports on the big TV, and when it wasn’t working at first, the owner personally dropped what he was doing to come and fix it right away.
We had about 200 guests, and every single one had something positive to say about both the venue and the food. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS—so many guests raved about it, and the compliments were endless.
Stonewood gave us an elegant, high-end wedding feel at an affordable price. We are so grateful for the amazing staff and space that made our day perfect. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding with an incredible team behind it!
