House on a Hill is a historic property in Wilmot (Twin Lakes) Wisconsin dating back to 1894. It has been restored as a vintage modern uniquely designed space suited for any celebration. Driving up onto the property you are greeted by mature oak trees draping over the driveway entrance with more trees around the property providing beautiful photo spots. While we're located in the quaint Wisconsin countryside, we're only a mile from the Illinois border and under an hour from the Chicago city limits.

The event venue is a cleanly designed, white toned with gold accented space with warm hardwood floors intended as a blank slate and as a space to make your own. You're welcome to further personalize your event with your choice of any licensed/insured caterer and vendors. The space includes use of our reclaimed (8 ft) wood tables, gold cross-back chairs, a suite/preparation room, a 16 foot bar, a sound system with DJ plug ins, a digital photobooth, a prep kitchen for your caterers, and ample on-site parking.

We only take one event rental per day, from 12pm-12am. All decorating and cleanup must happen within that time frame though you are free to structure your day as you'd like. Tables and chairs will be set up beforehand to your specifications, and there will also be an on-site event liaison available to you during the duration of that time. The main area is nearly 4,000 sqaure feet, and is all on one level for easy accessible (handicap and otherwise) private access.
