We hosted our wedding reception in the Promenade Room at the Cove of Lake Geneva. Our wedding had roughly 60 guests and the venue size was perfect. I would absolutely recommend The Cove for hosting events. Jolie the Sales and Marketing Manager was there for me every step of my wedding planning experience. She was quick to respond to any question I had and made the experience stress free. Karina the Beverage and Events Manager was also outstanding! She was at my event from start to finish. She would even check on me to make sure my dress was still secured and made sure everything was perfect. I can't thank them enough for the experience. The bartender for our event was also great but I didn't catch his name! The staff provided additional parking for wedding guests who were not staying at The Cove which was very helpful. In addition to having access to the Promenade Room, we also had access to an additional room for the bridal party to get ready prior to the ceremony. The wonderful staff at the Cove provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and orange juice for mimosas as well as water. All of the little things truly made the experience extra special.
Aside from the reception hall, The Cove of Lake Geneva was all around a wonderful place to stay. I stayed two nights in the Ensign suite. It was spacious, clean, and had all working amenities. When we requested additional blankets for our room, the staff was so quick to bring them to our room.
The Cove is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Geneva. We were able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about parking downtown. We spent some time at The Cove's beautiful outdoor pool which was clean and relaxing. There is an outdoor bar as well with reasonable prices.
I look forward to future stays at The Cove and will be recommending this venue to friends for their upcoming events as well.

We held both our ceremony and reception at The Cove, and couldn't be happier with our choice of venue! We researched a variety of options in the Lake Geneva area, and couldn't believe how ridiculous the terms of some of the venues were...although The Cove was on our radar, it initially wasn't so high on our list as it wasn't your typical resort. But, in hindsight, it was so much more! We loved the flexibility it offered...from bringing in our own caterer, our own choice of a/v and rentals, etc. I loved that I didn't see any weddings other then my own on my day, despite being in a town where there are so many weddings. Having a less popular but still pretty park option right alongside the hotel for pictures was wonderful...despite there being a festival literally across the street from the hotel, we still had our own semi-private backdrop for pictures. Having separate ceremony and reception rooms was great in allowing us to keep our guests flowing through the day smoothly. And although I had my initial doubts about the rooms (my groom saw the potential that I missed), they dressed up beautifully! Amy was great to work with from start to end, and the staff at the hotel were all so friendly! Having the hotel for the room block was also great - many of our guests loved having a suite with kitchen. Being located downtown was also good! It allowed for plenty of options to get meals or drinks the rest of the weekend. In all, we loved working with The Cove for our big day!

We were so happy with how everything turned out having our rehearsal dinner at The Cove. We had a beautiful room and Amy was such a pleasure to work with. She was such a great help throughout the whole planning process, we couldn't be happier with our choice to have our event here!
