I cannot say enough about Rindy and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee-Airport location. We had a very large wedding with 350-400 guests on NYE and they did everything in their power to make sure the day ran smoothly and it was nothing short of amazing. Rindy, in my opinion, is the best wedding coordinator in Wisconsin. She was attentive to emails, phone calls, and all the questions that came with wedding planning. My mother also was a large part of our wedding planning process, and Rindy was there to answer all her questions and concerns as well. Usually something goes wrong on wedding days so I was fully prepared to embrace the chaos. To my surprise though, our wedding day went on without a single accident or surprise. That is in large part to Rindy and the staff being so helpful and accommodating. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and food and were commenting all night about how wonderful everything was. We are incredibly grateful and so incredibly happy we chose the Crowne Plaza to celebrate our big day. The staff, space, hospitality, and food were all phenomenal.

We could not have expected more. We did our own table decorations and received tremendous support in getting everything ready. It was great to have a separate room for hair and make up. The food was generous and excellent. Perfect place for us as we had many guests who traveled by air and were able to take advantage of the free shuttle service to the airport. They even helped with wardrobe malfunctions.

This was a wonderful venue. Rindy Hart and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport were amazing in making sure all of our needs were met. The food was outstanding as well. We are so happy we had our wedding here. Thank you!

The Crowne Plaza Airport in Milwaukee WI was the most beautiful venue we could have picked for our wedding. The sales team were very accomodating while working with us, and getting us ready to book our reception with them. We had our first tasting before signing our contract while we were deciding if we were going to sign with the hotel for our reception. After we decided to sign a contract with the hotel, the sales team handled themselves in a professional and curtious manner leading up to and the day of the wedding. The ballroom was beautiful, the food was excellent, and if we ever have the need to hold an event that big again, we will be going back to the Crowne Plaza Airport.

We could not have expected more. The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff was very supportive. We had our own table decorations which they were able to help set up. The separate room for hair and make up was ideal. Since we had many guests who traveled by air the shuttle service was an added benefit.

The Crowne Plaza ballroom is absolutely beautiful. Along with the ballroom though, the catering that they have there is AWESOME. We had 225 people at our wedding, and we didnt hear one complaint about the food. The plate is actually full of food too. With having our wedding at a hotel too, I wanted to make sure that the rooms are good quality as well. The rooms were beautiful. I would definitely look into this hotel for your wedding.

I worked with Rindy from Crowne Plaza for my wedding. She was amazing over all but her response time was very slow. All of the other vendors that I worked with would respond within a day or two and with Rindy, sometimes it could take up to a week and I could rarely ever get an answer by telephone. I went in for a food tasting and the food was AMAZING! The only problem is that the food I had during the food tasting was different than the food that was served at my reception. I had sweet chili salmon as one of my options. At the food tasting the sweet chili sauce was red but during my reception the sweet chili sauce was yellow. I also had the Balsamic Pork Loin as an option. During the food tasting it was an entire loin but during my reception it was shaved into smaller pieces. I just wish I would have been notified ahead of time that the presentation or the recipe had changed.

When it comes to pricing, you can't beat Crowne Plaza. They were very reasonable for the amount of services they offer. They are also very flexible.

Service- the service that I received on my wedding day was great. Everyone was very attentive and made sure that everything went as planned. Rindy made sure that my day started off great by surprising me and my bridesmaids with mimosas.

Although there were some minor setbacks I would use Crowne Plaza again.
