I had my wedding here in June of 2023. It's a newer venue, so we were their first ceremony and one of their first wedding receptions. The communication right away with the Catering Manager was horrid. She was very unresponsive. I had to eventually call her out on never responding to any of my emails. We eventually had to bring in her boss to help facilitate everything since we no longer trusted her.

Leading up to the wedding day, our food tasting was cancelled last minute because they didn't know the chef was on vacation, we were quoted a specific price for signature drinks, then a week before the wedding were told they would actually be 40% more in price. We pushed back and they did offer us the original price.

The day of the wedding had so many problems on the back end. Luckily most were not noticeable to guests, but were a major problem to us. First thing, they got all of our cocktail hour food wrong. Apparently there was a "miscommunication" but we spoke about what we wanted in person and email. We also did not receive a champagne toast that was promised. For dinner, our food was great except our extremely raw carrots.

The Catering Manager and Marketing Manager were supposed to be there most of the night for us as our point of contact, but it did not go that way. The Marketing Manager did not show up at all and the Catering Manager was there for only four hours and left before dinner was even served. Bless my personal coordinator because she had to do everything the venue was supposed to do without any point of contact.

We also had problem with plates not being cleared from tables, garbage's over-flowing, and toilet paper not being replaced in the bathrooms due to understaffing and no one there to guide any of the employees.

At the end of the night, there were no employees except the bartenders, which meant we couldn't close out the bill. Almost every venue requires payment before leaving. We didn't hear from them for a few days until they tried to run someone's credit card without having us approve any of the charges. Luckily it didn't go through, but once they actually reached out to us, I was left off of all emails. As the bride, I would expect to be in the loop for everything, but that just aligns with their communication the whole planning process.

They did resolve some of the charges at the end of the night so we didn't pay for the champagne toast and appetizers that we did not get.

It was a very lovely looking venue and guests raved about the wedding, but they didn't see what was happening on the back-end. If you don't mind dealing with a troubled-venue, this place is great for guests, but I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone who doesn't want constant stress.
