My fiancé and I kept trying to think of a wedding favor that felt unique, fun, and actually meaningful for our guests, and about 3–4 months before our wedding, we stumbled across Cayla’s work. I’m SO glad we did!!

She was an absolute dream to work with from the beginning. She was super flexible, communicative, and even took the time to meet with us beforehand to talk through where her booth would go, when she should arrive, and all of those little details leading up to the day.

On the wedding day, she showed up early and was so kind and professional, and our guests absolutely LOVED her!! Even now, so many of them still talk about how much they loved getting their watercolor portrait done and how fun it was to have something personal to take home from the wedding. Truly, my only regret is that we didn’t book her for longer!

The portrait she made of my fiancé and me was absolutely adorable, too. I was never really into the huge traditional oil-painting thing, so watercolor ended up being perfect for us. It felt fun and personal, and now we have the sweetest little piece of art from our wedding day.

Cayla was also there until the very end of the night (I’m pretty sure she stayed longer than my fiancé and I did 😅) She went above and beyond, and I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. We worked with Cayla to have custom portraits drawn live at our wedding and she was fantastic! She was very responsive, easy to work with, and our guests absolutely loved the finished product. Worth every penny!

While Cayla was not available on the day of our wedding, she was flexible and able to provide paintings for our guests to take as party favors. The process was smooth and she got them to us a couple of weeks in advance as requested. They were a huge hit with the guests!
