We booked a European River Cruise through Charmaine at Haute Global Travel. Charmaine encouraged us to take insurance and we followed her advice. Unfortunately, several serious medical issues during and after the pandemic, precluded us from taking this trip. The cruise line’s staff did not give us the correct information with respect to our options when the trip had to be cancelled. Charmaine was very sympathetic with our situation and worked her connections tirelessly, including pushing the matter to more senior levels to get us a full monetary refund. Facing the possibility of losing a significant amount of money, while dealing with a family health crisis was very stressful. However, Charmaine kept us informed of all of her efforts on our behalf, which allowed us to just focus on our family’s health issue. We are so thankful we had Charmaine on our side. We have had friends who worked through other travel agencies or directly with the cruise lines and they lost lots of money due to these unfortunate health events and cancellations. Their agents just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. As they say, “s*** happens”, especially in modern day travel. Do yourself a favor, if you want peace of mind and a true professional in your corner, call Charmaine at Haute Global Travel.

This was our second year to book with Nancy Finn and Island Getaways to the beautiful Generations Riviera Maya. The resort allows access to the full property for dining and amenities. We enjoyed an ocean-front massage, upscale dining (cooking stations abound!), clear, beautiful beaches, and a snorkeling trip. Nancy's team arranged for affordable direct flights and transfers. The staff at the resort seem genuinely happy to serve and work with guests. So nice to have a slice of paradise around anniversary time and celebrate! Island Getaways considered every comfortable detail, short of packing my suitcase.

Dreamcatcher destinations planned our whole wedding. From taking phone calls late at night and answering emails Katie made sure everything went without a hitch. She checked flights before we left to make sure everything was on time and upgraded us to first class on our way home which made it even more perfect. She helped in the wedding planning process as well to make sure everything went smoothly. Our day couldn't have been more perfect without them! Thank you Dream Catchers!!

We took the most amazing trip this summer that was planned and booked through Latitudes Travel. We had never booked a “real” vacation before and were amazed at how easy everything was. Prior to contacting Latitudes we had a very vague idea on what we were looking for but knew we wanted our trip to include a few essentials (Italy, great food, amazing wine, and the ability to see many sites). Holly and her team put together a fantastic itinerary through an amazing cruise line that not only fit into our budget but also exceeded our expectations. We were able to visit not only Italy for several days but also saw parts of Spain, France, and Monaco as well. I am sad sometimes when I realize that our amazing trip is over but excited in the little bundle of joy that will bless our family in February and happened as a result. Thank you to the Latitudes team for providing us with an amazing experience on our honeymoon that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Nikki at journey excursions travel, helped make my wedding amazing!! We went to puerto rico and she made it happen. Hotels were cancelling due to covid and i thought we would end up in some shack. lol. But we didn't and stayed at a hilton. She is wonderful. I appreciate the last minute time and effort she put in when our hotels were cancelling.

My husband and I recently worked with Tom Brussow with Sunsational Beach Vacations for our destination wedding in Negril, Jamaica! Tom was very responsive and organized! He assisted all of our 38 guests with travel, booking, and transportation while supplying them with a detailed itinerary for their trip! We would recommend him to anyone. We loved working with him and will definitely be utilizing him in the future!

Amy Johnson helped to make my wedding the best day of my life. I could not have done it without her. She handled all of my guests' hotel, flight, and transportation accommodations. This relieved a ton of my wedding plan stress. She was prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mails and even made a trip out to my parent's house to drop off the final details for our trip! Amy definitely went above and beyond, and I highly recommend using her for your next trip. My husband, Dustin, and I got married at the Barcelo Maya Palace Deluxe in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The whole experience was amazing. Our trip and wedding were beyond our expectations. Even our pickiest eaters said we had some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding (pretty great considering we were at an all-inclusive in Mexico), the alcohol was top shelf, and the hotel was beautiful. I did a lot of on-line research to find outside vendors for my wedding cake and hair and make-up. Zaida Marcos made and delivered my cake (DELICIOUS) and Adrian Guerra with Styling Trio did my hair and makeup (FABULOUS). I highly recommend both of them! I am very detail-oriented and was pretty picky about how I wanted our wedding. Amy was very helpful, especially considering the fact that we had never been to Riviera Maya, Mexico. She is very knowledgeable and has great professional advice! When I first contacted her we didn't even know where we wanted our destination wedding, and she was very patient and understanding in helping us pick a destination and hotel. My husband and I have worked with Shannon from Blissful Honeymoons and Vacations for multiple trips, including our honeymoon, and I wouldn't trust any other travel agency. Shannon has gone above and beyond for all of our trips and truly makes the entire travel process extremely easy and stressfree! I would highly recommend her and her services to anyone looking to use a travel agent. I know we will continue to use her for all of our future vacations!
