WOW, WOW, WOW...Now this is a vendor I would give 10 stars to if possible! We must use this phrase: “Look no further” – Blue Moon Event Rentals delivered in SO many ways. Jack, Brooke, and Amanda are incredibly fun, personable people with a very strong work ethic! So very accommodating, especially when it comes to ensuring your vision is met, plus more! Jack nailed a vision I didn’t have quite put together during the planning process, and without his expertise and input, I would have been lost. Blue Moon Event Rentals is family-owned, and to see them work tirelessly as a team, AND late nights was truly impressive. It was no small feat to complete the full picture; our Reception consisted of 450 people, in an (obviously) huge venue (with a patio with walkway) at Chula Vista Resort. We cannot thank them enough, and look forward to many ping pong and bags challenges (wink). Thank you!

We had chairs for our wedding and they helped us set up and pick up the chairs. They were busy and hard to get a hold of but when we did questioned were answered.

We relied on Jen for a lot and she did not disappoint. We first met her when we were figuring our dinnerware. We had no plans of doing vintage rentals; however, we are so happy we made that choice. Jen allowed us to discuss our colors with her and then look at her stockroom to identify the plates we liked. They looked wonderful on our tables, and they complemented our table arrangements really well. It was a great experience. But it didn't stop there. Jen also helped organize our linens, our wedding set up and take down, and day of coordination. She was very personable, organized and fun. She took on a lot of duties and seamlessly made our wedding day perfect, easy and stress free. We originally found Jen for her amazing dinnerware and got so much more out of it. Highly, highly recommend Jen for your wedding, as she will make the day everything you dreamed of. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jen, from the bottom of our hearts. You made our special day perfect, and we gained a friend out of the process.

I found Save the Date rentals on a local wedding page post and let me tell you... Teresa and her team blew it out of the water on my wedding decor and service! We hired her company for both decor rental and set up and paid far less than other companies we inquired with. During the wedding planning process, I started going through FB marketplace pages to find the decor I was looking for and I got burnt out very quick. Not only that, but it takes a lot of time and trust to coordinate family and friends to set everything up the day before and morning of your wedding. Additionally, no one wants to spend two hours packing up decor at the end of your wedding night. Hiring Save the Date was a huge blessing to me and allowed me to soak in every minute of my wedding weekend. From the time I booked with Teresa, she ensured that I knew it was all about me and would do her best to accommodate my decor requests. She went out of her way to visit my venue with me before we started the decor planning process. She took photos and videos of the space to ensure she had ever inch of my tri-level venue accounted for (and she nailed it). Not an inch of my venue was left untouched or forgotten about. I visited her store numerous times to pick out what I wanted and to see my mock table set up in person. Teresa gave me ideas for things that I hadn't even thought of and even threw in surprises for me on my wedding day. I had new ideas along the way and Teresa never made me feel like a burden, even when I changed my mind on something. On the day of my wedding, there were multiple details that other vendors follow through on as planned... Teresa's team willingly addressed those gaps without even being asked. If you have the opportunity to hire her team as a coordinator as well, I highly recommend it. All in all, I had such a great experience with Save the Date Rentals. Whether you have a big venue to decorate or a small one, Teresa will take it to the next level and save you TONs of time and money. Having to resell wedding decor on FB marketplace is a nightmare and you never make the money back like you think you're gonig to... save yourself the hassle and hire them to do the hard work because they're phenomenal. Lastly, I appreciate how transparent they were with pricing along the way. There are always places you can trim back in a wedding budget, but wedding decor and day of coordination is not one of them. Thank you all for the most beautiful ceremony!

Cedar and Spice made two incredible signs for our Wedding this summer! They were incredibly responsive, flexible and detail oriented. The table escort structure they created absolutely made the truly helped to transform the space into what felt like our own private night club. Thank you AnnMarie and team!! I'd highly recommend working with them to create the signs of your dreams.

We had a great experience with them and they did such a nice job! The set up was exactly what we were looking for and the ladies were so nice! Everyone was super helpful in the planning process with helping to get the perfect furniture combo for the space and it all looked perfect!

Karen did a superb job and she was very easy to work with! She was so helpful and responsive. She took our dream and made it into a beautiful reality. Everyone loved the decor. We had a Halloween wedding and she made it into the elegant and fun affair that we wanted. We also had her for day of coordination and she helped us make the day go smoothly.

Courtney was amazing! She has so much In her inventory and she can create some great looks! Our lounge area was beautiful and filled up some empty space in our venue and it was amazing!
