Hiring Samantha was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She gave me the greatest gift of all: the ability to be fully present and enjoy every single moment of the day. That’s not something that comes easily to me, and I’ll always be grateful for how she made that possible. Her attention to detail was impeccable—nothing slipped through the cracks—and she consistently went above and beyond to advocate for me throughout the planning process. I always felt supported, heard, and in the best hands. Samantha brought calm, professionalism, and genuine care to every step of the journey. If you're considering working with her, do it. You'll be so glad you did.

Rob and Jane were just fantastic! We are not huge wedding people and didn't want to do a lot of the traditions, but decided to have a wedding so we could get everyone together to celebrate. Rob really listened to us and instantly understood the vibe we were going for, and planned us an incredible day that I will remember forever. Every single vendor he suggested was fabulous (caterer, DJ, hair stylist, florist), and every detail he suggested was spot on. We did the papa bear package, and initially weren't sure if it was worth it. I'm so glad we did. He made a budget for us and made sure we stayed within it, designed and printed all of our invitations and thank you notes, designed us a color scheme and design for the day that ended up being beautiful and perfect, and did so much of the upfront planning that it made planning a breeze. After listening to what we wanted (and the things we didn't care about), Rob helped us allocate how to spend our budget, and then found us vendors who were fun to work with, within-budget, free on our day, and who matched our vibe. Every single vendor Rob suggested was fabulous and it must have saved us hours and hours of poring over reviews and agonizing over these decisions. We got so many compliments on our caterer and DJ and truly I think they were some of the best I've experienced at a wedding. And their prices were great! Rob knows all these hidden gems, and the information is just invaluable. Rob and Jane are extremely organized, and very much want you to have the day you want, no matter what that means. I've been to and in a lot of weddings, and often I find that the couple is really stressed leading up to and during the wedding. Working with Rob made it so that we didn't have to deal with any of that. We were able to focus on the things we wanted, not get bogged down in logistics, and were really able to just enjoy the day and have fun. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, hiring Oso In Love was easily one of the best uses of our funds and I would do it all over again. Day of, Jane (our day of coordinator) handled everything big and small, and made the day go so smoothly. On top of it all, they are both incredibly nice and fun people, who are super down to earth and just fun to work with. Every meeting with Rob made me feel relaxed and excited, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

As a wedding vendor ourselves (band), we work with a lot of different coordinators and it is important the vendors work together to create a special evening for our couples. Our band, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, worked hand-in-hand with Ian and Will for a wedding in September, 2025. The venue was a multi-building complex with ceremony, cocktail and reception all in different locations. As a vendor, that is a lot of mileage to walk in a day when bouncing around to where they are needed. They were ALWAYS available, easy to find, moving quickly, and kept everything on track when they could have fallen behind. Ian had an incredibly likeable personality to the guests that we saw firsthand when he navigated the guests between the buildings. We'd be lucky to work with them again!

Monique is truly incredible. We got married at Turner Hall in Milwaukee on 5/31/25 but live in Chicago, so planning a “destination” wedding felt overwhelming.. until Monique stepped in. From the start, she understood our vision, kept us on track, and brought a level of calm, organization, and creativity we didn’t even know we needed. She’s thoughtful, honest, detail-oriented, insanely well-connected, and genuinely fun to work with. She helped us find and coordinate vendors, used her connections to secure our dream DJ, and handled every last detail so we could be fully present and stress free on the big day. Her energy, laugh, and lighthearted attitude are contagious. Even our guests adored her and still talk about her months later. Our wedding was seamless, magical, and everything we hoped for because of her. We highly recommend booking her content creator package, too! The videos she sent us the next day were perfect and brought us right back to the day. Simply put, we couldn’t have done it without Monique. She’s the best in the business and we’re forever grateful.

There are not enough words to explain how WONDERFUL Wendi is! She is everything you need in a coordinator and more. Her willingness to work with us on all our dreams leading up to the day was unparalleled and made our wedding the best weekend ever. She also handled our day from beginning to end no matter what. Any small thing that went wrong or needed attention she was at the ready to help! Could not have had what many of our guests called 'the best wedding ever' without her!

Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things.

Hannah was an absolute joy to work with! She made the planning process so much easier and helped me keep things organized! Our big day would not have gone as smooth as it did if we didn’t hire Hannah! She kept us on track and did our complete setup and tear down! It was such a relief to have someone handle all of that on the morning of, to allow us the time to relax and enjoy ourselves! She has a fun bubbly personality that can get along with anyone while still being professional. We highly recommend using her for your event planning!!

Jori was the day of coordinator for our 9/27/25 wedding and we can't say enough good things about her! She was very responsive months out from the wedding helping provide advice on all the questions I had, was extremely organized and professional for our rehearsal and wedding, and helped the wedding day to run extremely smoothly!! Early in the wedding planning process we questioned whether a day of coordinator would be worth it, but if you are in that same boat the answer is YES! Jori helped so much and allowed us to be fully present during our special day and not worry about all of the details! We didn't need to worry about a thing it was so amazing to get to fully enjoy everything we had planned for for months. Jori even sent us a Google drive folder with some photos and videos of our wedding day which was so appreciated as we wait for the pictures from our photographer. Thank you so so much Jori for everything you did for our special day!!
