Events By Vanessa was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so creative and made my wedding plans come to life with her helpful listening ear, help with contacting vendors, and putting herself in my mind of exactly how I wanted my wedding day to be! I highly recommend EBV as she is not only so very good at getting all the ducks in a row for the wedding process, but also was so kind to work with when I felt stressed with all the craziness that goes into wedding planning! :)

As a wedding vendor ourselves (band), we work with a lot of different coordinators and it is important the vendors work together to create a special evening for our couples. Our band, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, worked hand-in-hand with Ian and Will for a wedding in September, 2025. The venue was a multi-building complex with ceremony, cocktail and reception all in different locations. As a vendor, that is a lot of mileage to walk in a day when bouncing around to where they are needed. They were ALWAYS available, easy to find, moving quickly, and kept everything on track when they could have fallen behind. Ian had an incredibly likeable personality to the guests that we saw firsthand when he navigated the guests between the buildings. We'd be lucky to work with them again!

Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn't even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she's very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’lll 110% be reaching out!

I cannot recommend her enough to anyone needing coordination services! She truly made our day feel seamless even when all didn’t go as planned. From constant check ins to keep us on track, rehearsal run through, help with finishing touches, keeping us hydrated through the day (and helping me with nausea!), media coverage, and keeping the day rolling on track- what can’t she do?! There’s not enough words to thank her- we seriously could not imagine our special day without her. I would hire her over and over again in a heart beat!

Simply Yours Events was the best to work with! Sam helped me so much throughout the process of wedding planning process by answering all my questions and helping me stay calm during stressful situations. She was a delight to work with! 

A tremendous thank you to the OSO IN LOVE team! We planned our wedding from across the country, but with guidance from the OSO team, it did not feel like we missed out on anything. Rob recommended amazing vendors that were talented, available, within our budget, and inclusive. That saved us so much research time, and we could book other vendors with confidence. Additionally, Rob did a fantastic job with designs and decorations. We had an idea of the vibe of our wedding, and Rob turned those aesthetic aspirations into a concrete vision. Our wedding was beautiful and exactly as we wanted!!! Lastly, while we were initially surprised to learn that Rob would not be at our wedding, our day-of coordinator Sarah was such a joy to work with. She led our dinner rehearsal and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She GOT THINGS DONE!! Our wedding day was truly magical, and we couldn’t have done it without Rob and Sarah.

After hosting 2 other weddings for my children, I knew that this Door County wedding (out of our home city) needed some serious expertise. We found that in Alliey+Co and had the most amazing experience. She did not miss a detail and we all settled into the most wonderful wedding day without a worry. Amy was wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process! She brought so much experience and wisdom from working with many other couples, as well as her own recent experiences with her children’s weddings. She was a sounding board when I wanted advice and a listening ear when I simply needed to vent. I genuinely don’t think I could have gotten through the wedding planning process without Perfect Day Event Planning. From the beginning to the big day, Amy helped make everything feel more manageable, organized, and enjoyable—and it really was the perfect day! I chose Amy’s Petite Planning Package, which included 10 hours of planning assistance leading up to the wedding. We ended up using all 10 hours and decided to purchase additional hours à la carte, which was absolutely worth it. Having Amy’s expertise and support throughout the process gave me so much peace of mind. On the wedding day, Amy and Maddie worked together and were an absolute dream team. They handled all of the little details so that my husband and I could simply enjoy our day and be present in the moment. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and willing to jump in wherever needed—even helping my mom and I bustle our dresses! I am so grateful to Amy and the entire Perfect Day Event Planning team. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, I cannot recommend them enough!

Graceful Events is truly the best. From the moment our coordinator Gabriella stepped in, we knew we were in incredible hands. What started as a wedding planner relationship quickly turned into a genuine friendship with Joey and me, and we truly can't imagine our wedding day without her. Gabriella went above and beyond every expectation we had. During the 60 days leading up to our wedding, she was always responsive, organized, and proactive. She spent countless hours on phone calls, meetings, and check-ins far beyond what was included in our original contract simply because she cared about making our day absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail on the wedding day itself was nothing short of amazing. She thought of everything before we even had the chance to worry about it, handled every detail seamlessly behind the scenes, and made the entire day feel effortless for us and our families. Because of her, we were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and truly enjoy the best day of our lives. Gabriella's passion, professionalism, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She didn't just help us plan a wedding she brought our dream day to life. We give the strongest recommendation to Rachel from Light as a Feather Events as a wedding coordinator! Rachel was incredibly thorough and detailed throughout the wedding planning process, asking us thoughtful questions and reminding us of even the smallest decisions and details to figure out ahead of time to make the wedding run smoothly. She went above and beyond coordinating with our vendors to ensure all logistics were handled ahead of time. She also effortlessly handled last minute changes to switch to our rain plan and did an incredible job coordinating the whole wedding day so that we didn't need to worry about a thing and knew that everything would run smoothly. Rachel's dedication to every part of our wedding day made it such an incredible experience for us and we'd recommend her to everyone as you get ready for your wedding day.
