Very flexible and able to adapt to changing timelines. When it decided to rain the driver seamlessly changed with our schedule so that we wouldn't be standing in the rain on our wedding day.

Blackline was AMAZING with our wedding. The 26-passenger bus was big enough to fit 23 people with some room still left over. The speakers took a second to get connected but once they were the celebrations began! They were so sweet and fun to work with and allowed us to drop off our food/drink before the wedding day which was so helpful. All of the drinks were cold and they even supplied water, napkins, and glasses for champagne! It was some of our favorite time together during the whole day. Thank you, Blackline, for making it great!

The pictures say it all. The driver added to what was already a special day. Driving safe, very accommodating, special added extra mile service. Letting the driving to palooza and paloozas awesome staff allowed the bridal party to sit back relax and have fun! Highly recommend hiring palooza for your wedding day! Thank you!

Dan was our Trolley driver and was incredible! Working with DMI was fantastic and they were flexible with us as we changed dates 4 times with COVID! Our trolley arrived on time and was flexible on the day of with a rain plan in case we changed the order of things. Dan played great music and our guests just kept telling us how impressed they were with the trolley driver! The trolley had AC- you want it in the summer, trust me, and we stocked a cooler on it with drinks and water. Book DMI! You won't regret it!

Great shuttle service! Responsive and helpful customer service and they were very prompt with their pickups and dropoffs. Highly recommend!

To make my wedding day extra special, my mom booked Phase 1 to pick up myself, my bridesmaids and flower girls and drive us around for 2 hours before taking us to our venue. Our driver called the day before the wedding to introduce himself, confirm the time and pick up location. The day of the wedding, our driver arrived 20 minutes early and was very accommodating to my group as we were traveling with 2-7 year old's, a 5 year old and an 8 month old baby inside the limo. The driver ensured the kids had seatbelts on before driving and the limo seats accommodated an infant carrier nicely, making it easy for us to "ride in style" with a baby! After the wedding, the limo and same driver as before the wedding arrived, again, 20 minutes earlier than expected. Our driver was kind enough to help us clean up our belongings, centerpieces, etc. from the venue and also helped load them in my Dad's car before taking my husband, myself and a few members of our wedding party to the hotel we were staying at for the night. Phase 1 did a great job making my bridal party and myself feel like a superstar and the service we received exceeded our expectations. Great company!

Asher was so fun and taught us so much about the history of the peninsula! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
