Brian and his limo service smashed all expectations for our big day! I could not recommend Thrillwaukee more! He was timely, professional, and catered to every need we had. After looking around at a number of places, Thrillwaukee was easily the best decision. The value you get vs price is truly exceptional. I promise you don't need to look any further than here. Thrillwaukee Party Bus is great for any event you may have! I have used Brian’s Thrillwaukee party bus for a friend’s birthday party and my Bachelorette party, so deciding on who to go with for my wedding transportation was a no brainer!
Brian was so great to work with, he was very accommodating, flexible, easy going and professional! For all events the buses were clean and comfortable, and there is a ton of extra storage room so there is no reason for that extra clutter. We took full advantage of the extra storage space for my wedding. Everyone was able to store their extra belongings in safe compartments and not have to worry.
On top of great service, his prices can’t be beat! I highly recommend Brian’s Thrillwaukee Party Bus!

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! My wife hired this company to provide shuttle service on the day of our wedding, Saturday, June 3rd. We were to be picked up at the hotel, driven to a few locations close by for pictures and then dropped off at the venue (max rental: 4 hours). My wife reached out multiple times prior to the day of our wedding to confirm that everything was set and ready for our big day. On the day of our wedding, THRILLWAUKEE WAS A NO CALL, NO SHOW after repeated calls from my wife and the other bridesmaids. After about 30 minutes was lost trying to contact this company, we made the decision to scramble and procure another means of transportation. Valuable time was lost as our photographer and videographer are standing around while we figure out how we're going to make it to the predetermined locations for pictures and the venue. By the time new transportation arrived (a taxi service recommended by the hotel) one picture location had to be completely scrapped due to the lost time. This company completely robbed us of the money we spent on costly photography and videography due to the lost time. Not to mention the invaluable photos and memories that would've been taken and would be in our family for generations to come. Any real business would have made contact, owned up to their mistake and talked with us about a reasonable solution to rectify this tremendous screw up. It has been five days since our wedding and we still haven't been contacted by this company after repeated calls, emails and messages. This company did refund the small deposit that was rendered when the contract was signed. To date, there has been NO CONTACT, NO APOLOGY, AND NO EXPLANATION has been given TO US for this complete lack of unprofessionalism.

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would… This past weekend, my best friend got married in Milwaukee. The bride booked Thrillwaukee Party Bus to transport us from the hotel, pictures and to the venue. Brian was supposed to be at the hotel at 1:30 p.m. to pick us up as the bride and groom were doing their first look (and this was confirmed multiple times with Brian). Minutes went by and we gave him the benefit of the doubt and then 20 minutes… 30 minutes… We tried to call him MULTIPLE times and got no answer. We circled the hotel to make sure we weren’t missing him. I had to tell the bride that he didn’t show, she tried to call and still, NOTHING. We were losing time with photos, so we called taxis to transport us over an hour later.
The bride and groom missed out on an ENTIRE location of photos due to Brian’s carelessness. One of the other bridesmaids texted a friend, who personally knew Brian. This person had texted Brian and he replied shortly after, that he “ran over his phone with a forklift the night before and didn’t know he had a ride that day.” The fact that he replied to her means he had access to his messages, and he should have known he had a ride due to ALREADY TAKING THE BRIDE’S MONEY AND HAVING A SIGNED CONTRACT!!! If this is the only way you are keeping track of your business, maybe it’s time to have a backup while booking your appointments…
It’s been 5 days since the wedding and he STILL has not contacted the bride and groom to make things right; even though the couple has called and messaged him on EVERY platform possible (Facebook, Instagram, phone, email). This unprofessionalism is unreal, and I don’t understand how anyone that runs a business (especially in the wedding industry) could sit with the fact they have messed up one of the biggest days of someone’s life.
If you or anyone you know is considering this company, DON’T. Thrillwaukee overpromised and did not even come close to delivering. Be professional, own your mistake and at least call the couple back and REFUND THIER MONEY!

WARNING FOR ALL FUTURE BRIDES: DO NOT hire Thrillwaukee on your wedding day!! They are so UN-professional and will treat you very poorly. As the bride the driver called me to the front of the bus and continued to yell at me (the BRIDE) for mid-understandings on HIS end for the entire 10 minute drive to our destination. I understand if you have questions, that is fine. But you should follow up with someone other than the bride or perhaps after wedding day. He made me cry so hard I had a full on panic attack right in front of him and he could not have cared less. He was angry, disrespectful and made the BRIDE cry on her wedding day. Not okay. If you would like to avoid tears and a panic attack, I highly recommend you do NOT book this disrespectful business who has zero human decency.
