We loved working with Adam for our wedding. He was very professional and upfront about everything. Booking our transportation was so easy, and he called to confirm the pickup locations a few days before. Our driver was also incredibly professional and friendly. He always opened the doors for us, and he even took before and after pictures of all the girls when he dropped us off at the salon in the morning!

Very professional yet friendly. Every time I spoke with someone at this company I felt like they really care to make every bride happy on her wedding day. They take it seriously and value their customers. They also made it really easy with payment: took my cc on the phone when I booked and then called the day before to confirm the itinerary with me and confirm if I wanted the total on that credit card (I was told when I booked I could cancel the whole thing as long as I gave a certain amount of notice). They included gratuity as well meaning it was one less thing to worry about. Possibly not a good thing if you're not happy with the service but we certainly were and liked the convenience. On the day of, we felt well taken-care of. A great experience and would definitely recommend.

Your drivers were so accommodating and friendly, in fact so much so that our guests were commenting about how helpful and professional they were the next day at our gift opening. I had reserved two limousines for our wedding six months in advance from a local limousine company, but when I called to confirm everything a week before the ceremony they told me they had no record of my reservation. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" was what I ended up screaming at the goof on the other end of that phone.

In a panic I began searching for an alternative to my problem, I reached Badger state limousine and told this guy named Adam on the phone what had happened. He told me he had one vehicle still available and he told me he could get in touch with his affiliate and see if they had anything left available. Adam asked me to give him few minutes and he would call me back and let me know right away.
About twenty minutes went by and my phone rang, it was the Adam from Badger state limousine, he told me to relax and that everything was going to be just fine. My response to him was something like "I could kiss you right now!"

Our wedding day soon arrived, and I know Adam must have been relieved, because I must have called him like five times that week just making sure we were all set. Both of the limousines were beautiful and our wedding day was saved. Now I know Adam didn't have to go out of his way to arrange that other limousine for me, and that's why I am writing this review. This type of commitment and dedication to customer service is a vanishing thing in this country, and if my writing this review helps others find Badger state limousine then it's the least I can do.

I wanted something unique and different for my wedding so I started searching the web for ideas. I came across Badger state limo's web-site and liked what I saw. I first contacted them through their contact page and was kind of surprised at the fast response. I eventually called and talked to a girl named Mia, she was very helpful and walked me through the reservation process. Our wedding day soon arrived and needless to say I was more than a little stressed-out. The one thing I found to be a blessing was the confirmation phone call from Adam at Badger state. He had called on Thursday to confirm everything for Saturday, I felt confidant going with Badger state limo, and I was not disappointed. The limo was beautiful and our driver arrived around fifteen minutes early. We had a great experience renting from Badger state limo and we would use them again in a minute.
