Sam was beyond perfect for every part of our wedding! She alway stayed on top of everything and was super fast with all of her responses. Any little thing I knew I could count on her for all of it! Even non wedding related things, she was always there and always ready to help! We started as vendor and client but ended as life long friends! Hiring Sam as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding was by far the best vendor decision we made! From the moment we met with her, I felt more relaxed and at ease about wedding planning (and I didn’t even hire her as a wedding planner!). Her rates are also very reasonable which is hard to come by in wedding planning.

Her calm and supportive nature was so comforting as we talked through all the logistics for the day. I felt like I could talk through any of those worries with her and she would be there to help make a plan. On the day of our wedding, she did so much (probably more than I know) to make the day come together. She helped put together details at our ceremony and reception so that it didn’t have to fall on us or our loved ones. She sent updates with videos and pictures of how things were coming together which was unexpected but so appreciated because I was worried about how all of the decor would look together day of. It was so neat to see it all come together, comforting to know it was taken care of, and nice to see it all because the day went by so fast I hardly got a chance to take all those little details in!

Sam helped advocate for what we wanted in our day, she was there for emotional support (including tissues right before walking down the aisle), and during the reception I didn’t worry about any logistics because I trusted it would be taken care of. The peace of mind she gave us was honestly priceless. I can’t recommend Sam enough (for any of her services- I’m sure she would be an AMAZING wedding planner)! She felt like a built in best friend that was there to support us leading up to and on our special day.

Sam was absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She checked in with me all the time, was so responsive through email, and always happy to hop on a call when I needed it. She helped create a timeline that kept the entire day running smoothly and on time. On the wedding day, she did an incredible job setting up and taking down décor, following every detail perfectly. Sam was wonderful to hire as our day-of coordinator! She made us feel at ease immediately and was easily accessible via email and Zoom meetings in the months leading up to our wedding. In the days leading up to the wedding, she made sure all the final details were put in place, and helped to plan a great itinerary of our wedding day. My now husband was iffy on hiring a day of coordinator but after our timeline meeting with Sam and understanding there is a lot more to planning a wedding he was on board. Sam went above and beyond our expectations and it was the best money ever spent! She truly cares about her clients and words can’t describe how grateful we are for her. Continuous check ins throughout the process, answering all questions, full support on wedding day (my mother was able to actually enjoy the day and she was so grateful we had Sam).
