Hi, I’m Jessica — founder of Waste Less Weddings and your go-to wedding day “chaos coordinator” (though I prefer calm, collected magic-maker). After years in the environmental field, I reached a turning point in my career — and my own 2024 wedding — that sparked a new mission: to make sustainable, joyful weddings more accessible for couples in Wisconsin.
I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to find affordable, eco-friendly wedding options, so I built my business to change that. From planning and coordinating to sustainable rentals, I’m here to help couples create a celebration that reflects their love story and their values.
My goal is to be the trustworthy resource that lets you feel calm, comfortable, and confident on your wedding day. I bring a blend of professionalism, positive energy, and genuine connection so you can focus on the moments that matter while I keep everything on track.
When I’m not making timelines, wrangling wedding parties, or sourcing décor, you might find me making Old Fashioned Brandy Sweets, serving coffee as a barista at my church, or on the sand volleyball court. I’m based in Appleton, WI, and happily travel across the state to help your wedding day feel effortlessly, beautifully, and flawlessly for you.
