OSO IN LOVE

We cannot say enough wonderful things about OSO in Love, Rob, and especially our day-of coordinator, Ky! We used their month-of planning service, but Rob was incredibly helpful and communicative even before our official planning services began.

About 9 months before our wedding, our original venue and DJ company unexpectedly fell apart, and we were suddenly faced with having to make some major changes. Rob was so kind, understanding, and willing to help us navigate everything. He gave us recommendations for a new venue and DJ, and we ended up going with both of his recommendations—and absolutely loved them! Having someone we trusted to point us in the right direction during such a stressful time was incredibly valuable.

At the beginning of our wedding year, we were introduced to our day-of coordinator, Ky, and she was absolutely phenomenal. We met with her several times in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track and had answers to any questions. Once our month-of service kicked in, she was in constant communication and was always willing to help with anything we needed.

And then came the wedding day—and Ky was a rockstar.

She was constantly moving, communicating with vendors and venue staff, checking on details, and making sure everything was where it needed to be. She set up all of our decor exactly how we had envisioned it. After spending two years planning and imagining what everything would look like, there is something so special about walking into your wedding and seeing that vision actually come to life. Ky made that happen for us.

What we appreciated most was how much she allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day. She handled problems that we didn't even know about until after the wedding, so we never had to stress about things happening behind the scenes. If she had a question or needed a decision from us, she came to us, got the answer, and handled it. Otherwise, she took care of things.

She also did an amazing job keeping us close to our timeline without making us feel like we were constantly watching the clock. She knew when we needed to stay on schedule but also gave us flexibility when we wanted to spend a little more time enjoying something. Everything felt organized without ever feeling rigid.

We genuinely had no issues throughout the day, and we know that was largely because Ky was behind the scenes making sure everything was taken care of. She made our wedding day feel easy, relaxed, and carefree, which is exactly what we wanted.

We are incredibly grateful to Rob and the entire OSO in Love team, and especially to Ky, for helping us get through what could have been a very stressful wedding year and turning it into such an amazing experience. If you're considering a wedding planner or coordinator, we would absolutely recommend OSO in Love. Having someone you trust to handle the details, communicate with vendors, solve problems, and protect your ability to actually enjoy your wedding day is priceless.

A tremendous thank you to the OSO IN LOVE team! We planned our wedding from across the country, but with guidance from the OSO team, it did not feel like we missed out on anything. Rob recommended amazing vendors that were talented, available, within our budget, and inclusive. That saved us so much research time, and we could book other vendors with confidence. Additionally, Rob did a fantastic job with designs and decorations. We had an idea of the vibe of our wedding, and Rob turned those aesthetic aspirations into a concrete vision. Our wedding was beautiful and exactly as we wanted!!! Lastly, while we were initially surprised to learn that Rob would not be at our wedding, our day-of coordinator Sarah was such a joy to work with. She led our dinner rehearsal and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She GOT THINGS DONE!! Our wedding day was truly magical, and we couldn’t have done it without Rob and Sarah.

Rob was an incredible planner to work with. We had a wedding at an outdoor venue that required significant coordination to bring everything together and we couldn't have done it without him! From the very first meeting all the way through tear down afterward, Rob helped every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and proactive about helping us find our other vendors and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day with no stress as he managed everything on the day. Truly worth every penny, we can't recommend Oso in Love enough!

Rob did an incredible job of making our special day even better. He offered great recs for our specialized needs (vegan bakery, florist in our budget) and had a great relationship with all the other vendors. Thanks to Rob, the day was seemless.

Your wedding coordinator is one of the most important vendor decisions you’ll make, and I am so grateful we chose Rob. Throughout the entire planning process, he was accessible, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. On the wedding day, Rob and his team were efficient, reliable, and handled everything from setup to tear-down. They were so seamless that we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I was especially nervous about the décor, and I was blown away by how beautifully Rob brought everything together. He created a dreamy, romantic space that felt even better than what I had imagined.

Rob and Jane were just fantastic! We are not huge wedding people and didn't want to do a lot of the traditions, but decided to have a wedding so we could get everyone together to celebrate. Rob really listened to us and instantly understood the vibe we were going for, and planned us an incredible day that I will remember forever. Every single vendor he suggested was fabulous (caterer, DJ, hair stylist, florist), and every detail he suggested was spot on. We did the papa bear package, and initially weren't sure if it was worth it. I'm so glad we did. He made a budget for us and made sure we stayed within it, designed and printed all of our invitations and thank you notes, designed us a color scheme and design for the day that ended up being beautiful and perfect, and did so much of the upfront planning that it made planning a breeze. After listening to what we wanted (and the things we didn't care about), Rob helped us allocate how to spend our budget, and then found us vendors who were fun to work with, within-budget, free on our day, and who matched our vibe. Every single vendor Rob suggested was fabulous and it must have saved us hours and hours of poring over reviews and agonizing over these decisions. We got so many compliments on our caterer and DJ and truly I think they were some of the best I've experienced at a wedding. And their prices were great! Rob knows all these hidden gems, and the information is just invaluable.

Rob and Jane are extremely organized, and very much want you to have the day you want, no matter what that means. I've been to and in a lot of weddings, and often I find that the couple is really stressed leading up to and during the wedding. Working with Rob made it so that we didn't have to deal with any of that. We were able to focus on the things we wanted, not get bogged down in logistics, and were really able to just enjoy the day and have fun. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, hiring Oso In Love was easily one of the best uses of our funds and I would do it all over again. Day of, Jane (our day of coordinator) handled everything big and small, and made the day go so smoothly. On top of it all, they are both incredibly nice and fun people, who are super down to earth and just fun to work with. Every meeting with Rob made me feel relaxed and excited, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

We hired Rob for our daughter's wedding. He was WONDERFUL! Throughout the planning we really appreciated his guidance with vendor recommendations & selection, contract reviews, helpful checklists, and his responsiveness to all of our questions. He also scheduled timely check-ins along the way. When the wedding weekend arrived, he ran everything so seamlessly! He did everything from directing the rehearsal, maintaining vendor communication & coordination, setting up decor, keeping us on the pre-determined timeline for the day, all the way to packing up at the end of the night. He took so much stress out of the weekend for us and delivered a perfect day for our families. Everything looked stunning. I HIGHLY recommend Rob to anyone planning a wedding!

I am truly so grateful for Rob of Oso In Love’s support and expertise with coordinating our wedding this year! It was such a gift to work with such a kind and professional company. As my now husband and I started planning our wedding with my mom over a year ago, we quickly realized there was no way we could be in multiple places at once and still enjoy this once in a lifetime special day. And we were graciously guided to having a zoom call with Rob who happily gave us all the support we needed. We wanted a small family wedding, about 50 people, and we planned to hire all local companies. Rob effortlessly created schedules and contacts for these companies to coordinate the day so we could just be in the pre-wedding feels and personal prep! As we approached this big day, everything moved with ease as my husband and I enjoyed our final days as fiancés. Any questions we had (and there were a lot) were kindly supported by Oso In Love as the final countdown was here.

On our actual wedding day, Rob went above and beyond helping us with everything from making sure the location was unlocked to greeting caterer, cake baker, photographer, florist, welcoming guests with my husband as I got ready, setting up the space, and making sure we had everything we needed. He helped direct the wedding party (which was sooo helpful because we chose not to have a rehearsal dinner as many people came from out of town just our wedding weekend). Rob even helped be our MC and we created our own wedding playlist and first dance which he helped orchestrate and supported us until the very end of the night with a special sparkler send off we wanted and helped with clean up and key return. It was truly the best day of our life. And it would not have gone the way we dreamed without Rob’s support! Thank you Oso In Love for going above and beyond!
