My now husband and I got married in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin this past weekend. We have been working with Graceful events for 10 months now, and they put together the event of a lifetime in such a short time period.

From day 1, Jaffe, Katie, and their team have been nothing but wonderful. Not only are they on it, efficient, well connected, well organized, and hard working, but they are just genuinely good people. Their reputation proceeds them everywhere in Lake Geneva. We had a large wedding with many people from out of town and many moving parts. I don't know how Katie does it. She is everywhere all at once and handled so many different events, components, questions, and personalities. She went above and beyond for us every second of our very long wedding weekend.

Graceful Events is truly the best. From the moment our coordinator Gabriella stepped in, we knew we were in incredible hands. What started as a wedding planner relationship quickly turned into a genuine friendship with Joey and me, and we truly can't imagine our wedding day without her.

Choosing Graceful Events was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding! Jaffe was helpful from the start and helped us decide which package was right for our wedding. We chose the silver package and worked with Jessica. I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, Jessica had our best interests at heart, gave us honest feedback based on her experience, and was a calming presence the day of our wedding. We had to watch the weather closely the day of the wedding, and without Jessica I would have been extremely stressed. She worked flawlessly with our vendors and the coordinator through our venue. Our wedding day was PERFECT and we did not have to think about anything other than getting married, thanks to Jessica!

I recently got married in Lake Geneva and hired a planner from Graceful Events on their gold program. The program entailed unlimited emails from 6 months out, 3 in person or virtual meetings leading up to the wedding, as well as rehearsal and day of coverage (with an assistant). The unlimited emails helped my planning mind so much because I was able to keep a running list of questions in a draft box in my email and once a week send out the questions haunting me at night to my planner. I had Josie and I was nervous to hand the reigns over since I had spent all my time and energy over the last 9 months planning every detail but she executed it and helped make our wedding night perfect. Jaffe the owner took my initial call and stayed in touch with me throughout the process even sending the email I so desperately needed to read a week before the wedding about putting the worries away and staying in the moment - after all that is why you hire help! Overall I was super impressed with the business Jaffe runs. She cares, listens, and works with clients to help make their day less stressful. Hiring Graceful Events for our wedding coordination was truly one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding planning process. We chose the Gold Package for our July 2025 Lake Geneva wedding and were connected with our incredible coordinator, Hailey, six months before the big day.

We truly cannot thank her and her assistant, Olivia, enough for all they did to make our day as perfect as it was.
