Choosing Graceful Events was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding! Jaffe was helpful from the start and helped us decide which package was right for our wedding. We chose the silver package and worked with Jessica. I cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, Jessica had our best interests at heart, gave us honest feedback based on her experience, and was a calming presence the day of our wedding. We had to watch the weather closely the day of the wedding, and without Jessica I would have been extremely stressed. She worked flawlessly with our vendors and the coordinator through our venue. Our wedding day was PERFECT and we did not have to think about anything other than getting married, thanks to Jessica!

I recently got married in Lake Geneva and hired a planner from Graceful Events on their gold program. The program entailed unlimited emails from 6 months out, 3 in person or virtual meetings leading up to the wedding, as well as rehearsal and day of coverage (with an assistant). The unlimited emails helped my planning mind so much because I was able to keep a running list of questions in a draft box in my email and once a week send out the questions haunting me at night to my planner. I had Josie and I was nervous to hand the reigns over since I had spent all my time and energy over the last 9 months planning every detail but she executed it and helped make our wedding night perfect. Jaffe the owner took my initial call and stayed in touch with me throughout the process even sending the email I so desperately needed to read a week before the wedding about putting the worries away and staying in the moment - after all that is why you hire help! Overall I was super impressed with the business Jaffe runs. She cares, listens, and works with clients to help make their day less stressful. Graceful Events, and specifically Kacie were so incredible to work with! Kacie is literally the reason our wedding day went so smoothly with how detailed she was with our timeline of events, and how helpful she was with adjusting things day as we had some last minute changes due to family.
