From the moment we booked Vanessa as our wedding coordinator, she was a constant source of support for a busy bride and groom throughout the planning process. She did a fantastic job helping us find vendors, creating the timeline for the day, communicating with vendors, and making sure we stayed on track with our planning progress. She coordinated our rehearsal and everything on our big day flawlessly, so we could simply be present and enjoy every moment. She also helped with decor set up and tear down after which was incredibly helpful. She's super sweet, incredibly organized, and very enjoyable to work with. We truly had an amazing experience with Vanessa and now consider her a dear friend. Any couple would be lucky to work with her!

We loved working with Events by Vanessa! We hired them for our day of coordinator and Cheri and Olivia did an amazing job as well as Vanessa with coordinating everything ahead of time. They decorated our whole venue for us since we couldn’t get in until 2:30 and it was even better than I could have imagined it looking. They also helped keep our schedule and the day was so perfect!

Events By Vanessa was absolutely amazing to work with!
