I cannot recommend her enough to anyone needing coordination services! She truly made our day feel seamless even when all didn’t go as planned. From constant check ins to keep us on track, rehearsal run through, help with finishing touches, keeping us hydrated through the day (and helping me with nausea!), media coverage, and keeping the day rolling on track- what can’t she do?! There’s not enough words to thank her- we seriously could not imagine our special day without her. I would hire her over and over again in a heart beat!

Jori was amazing from the time we started planning the rehearsal dinner until the day of the event. She was friendly, quick to respond, organized, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She offered great suggestions, made sure everything went smoothly, and knew just how involved to be without ever feeling intrusive.

On the day of the rehearsal, her calm and professional attitude really stood out. Everything went smoothly. We felt supported the whole time, which let us relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends. I needed help with a surprise proposal for my girlfriend while on a anniversary trip to Sheboygan and luckily stumbled upon Always Magnolia! Right away Jori did an amazing job with helping me find a location that suited our needs, planning/designing the space and then setting everything up and taking it down afterwards! The entire time Jori was very quick to respond and super quick to adjust to any surprise changes I'd throw her way! The amount of stress and anxiety Jori lifted off my shoulders with her assistance let me focus on all the fun parts of planning and created such an amazing memory for me and my fiancée!

Jori was the day of coordinator for our 9/27/25 wedding and we can't say enough good things about her! She was very responsive months out from the wedding helping provide advice on all the questions I had, was extremely organized and professional for our rehearsal and wedding, and helped the wedding day to run extremely smoothly!! Early in the wedding planning process we questioned whether a day of coordinator would be worth it, but if you are in that same boat the answer is YES! Jori helped so much and allowed us to be fully present during our special day and not worry about all of the details! We didn't need to worry about a thing it was so amazing to get to fully enjoy everything we had planned for for months. Jori even sent us a Google drive folder with some photos and videos of our wedding day which was so appreciated as we wait for the pictures from our photographer. Thank you so so much Jori for everything you did for our special day!!

Jori was beyond amazing!  Jori is organized, fun, professional, calm and gets things done.  She was excellent at gently reminding me of those last minute, lingering things on my "to do" list.  My daughter's wedding was outdoors in our backyard.  Jori spent the better part of a day prior to the wedding going over every single detail - where things were located, where and how they needed to be placed.  Jori was here early the morning of the wedding setting up.  We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived back home and saw how beautiful everything looked.   Anytime a vendor asked me anything, I directed them to Jori.  She was also spectacular with the clean up at the end of the night - everything done perfectly.  She even took pictures and videos and shared them with us the next day.  This helped to tide us over while we waited for the professional pictures.  I do not know what I would have done without her Jori!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator! From the moment we started working together, she was professional, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—not just on the wedding day, but in the weeks leading up to it as well.
On the big day, she was completely on top of every detail. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she had it all handled seamlessly. Her decor skills are next level—everything looked even better than I imagined. She has such a great eye for design and made our vision come to life beautifully.
What really touched me is that she even took candid photos and videos throughout the day, capturing special little moments we might have missed. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I’m so grateful to have those memories from her perspective.

Having Jori as our day-of coordinator was seriously one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She was super organized, kept in touch with us in the months leading up to the big day, and even reached out to all of our vendors ahead of time to make sure everything was lined up.
On the day of the wedding, she was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was on time and everything stayed on track. She handled the ceremony to reception transition so smoothly, and honestly, everything looked even better than I imagined. If anything went wrong, we had no clue because she took care of it all behind the scenes.
Jori and her team really brought our vision to life and made the whole day completely stress free. We’re so thankful for her support and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Jori of Always Magnolia is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator or wedding planner do it, do it, do it! And do it with Jori!!!! Throughout the whole lead up to our wedding Jori kept me (the bride) level headed and communicating effectively with other vendors to ensure that the day was going to run just as I imagined. On my actual wedding day I did not have to have a single worry, as Jori was punctual, organized, professional, and so upbeat! Everything was handled perfectly, from ensuring vendors getting paid in cash got my payments, keeping everyone on time, communicating between the vendors and wedding party & venue, and even setup and takedown of decor (plus monitoring cards and gifts in my not locked box!). By the time Jori's time with us ended that evening, the groom and I had been dancing the night away and enjoying the company of our guests while the details were handled smoothly and expertly, so we didn't have to worry. As a special addition, she also sent us images and clips she had been taking throughout the day to hold us over until our pictures from the photographers arrive, such a treat the day after to be able to have images to share right away! Seriously, 1000/10 recommend Always Magnolia!
