Surprise Proposal in Sheboygan!
I needed help with a surprise proposal for my girlfriend while on a anniversary trip to Sheboygan and luckily stumbled upon Always Magnolia! Right away Jori did an amazing job with helping me find a location that suited our needs, planning/designing the space and then setting everything up and taking it down afterwards! The entire time Jori was very quick to respond and super quick to adjust to any surprise changes I'd throw her way! The amount of stress and anxiety Jori lifted off my shoulders with her assistance let me focus on all the fun parts of planning and created such an amazing memory for me and my fiancée! -

Jori was the day of coordinator for our 9/27/25 wedding and we can't say enough good things about her! She was very responsive months out from the wedding helping provide advice on all the questions I had, was extremely organized and professional for our rehearsal and wedding, and helped the wedding day to run extremely smoothly!! Early in the wedding planning process we questioned whether a day of coordinator would be worth it, but if you are in that same boat the answer is YES! Jori helped so much and allowed us to be fully present during our special day and not worry about all of the details! We didn't need to worry about a thing it was so amazing to get to fully enjoy everything we had planned for for months. Jori even sent us a Google drive folder with some photos and videos of our wedding day which was so appreciated as we wait for the pictures from our photographer. Thank you so so much Jori for everything you did for our special day!!Always Magnolia's reply:

Jori of Always Magnolia is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator or wedding planner do it, do it, do it! And do it with Jori!!!! Throughout the whole lead up to our wedding Jori kept me (the bride) level headed and communicating effectively with other vendors to ensure that the day was going to run just as I imagined. On my actual wedding day I did not have to have a single worry, as Jori was punctual, organized, professional, and so upbeat! Everything was handled perfectly, from ensuring vendors getting paid in cash got my payments, keeping everyone on time, communicating between the vendors and wedding party & venue, and even setup and takedown of decor (plus monitoring cards and gifts in my not locked box!). By the time Jori's time with us ended that evening, the groom and I had been dancing the night away and enjoying the company of our guests while the details were handled smoothly and expertly, so we didn't have to worry. As a special addition, she also sent us images and clips she had been taking throughout the day to hold us over until our pictures from the photographers arrive, such a treat the day after to be able to have images to share right away! Seriously, 1000/10 recommend Always Magnolia! -

Stress free wedding!

Best Wedding Planner Ever!!!
We were so unbelievably blessed to work with Jori. We had meetings with 3 other wedding planners before finally finding the perfect planner for us! From the beginning Jori helped us stay on task for what goals we should be trying to hit and helped us prioritize! We had a few issues with vendors and right away she was there to save the day! When it came to our wedding day is when she really blew us away! Her calmness and always thinking of all the what ifs and how to fix them saved us! The rain forced us to have to completely change things up and she did not skip a beat on making that happen all while I was getting my hair and make up done! She rearranged my reception location completely for it to be set up for the ceremony and it was GORGEOUS!! She even topped it off by running around taking pictures and videos of our day and even helped with my bustle when we were having issues! We are so incredibly blessed to have worked with you Jori, thank you so much!!!! -

: Jori Kapla Designs and team. I 1000/10 recommend this coordinator!! Jori was amazing furring the planning process. She listened to my vision and brought it to life. Jori would send me her findings and recommendations and I would tell her I love it or to keep looking and she did just that without batting an eye at the fact that I didn’t care for the options presented to me. All the leg work was done for me stress free! And that’s exactly the way I wanted it. Even though Jori was already booked for the day of I chose to still allow her assistants to coordinate the day of. It went flawless! Jensen and Kaylee were amazing! They came early. Helped set up. Ran the show so smooth and then they took everything down. Every step of the way they were there! We could no have been more pleased. I could say a million other things but this is the short and sweet version. -

Jori was an amazing day of coordinator/planner and I would absolutely book her again!! I booked Jori so that I didn't have to worry about any of the setting up or coordinating on the day of my wedding and that is exactly what she was able to provide. From setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, bringing us water in the middle of our long photo sesh, to taking a TON of photos and videos of everything so we had an amazing album to look over the day after....Jori did it all! 100% Recommend. -

Our wedding day absolutely would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Jori there to help us. Not only did she help with our timeline ahead of time and then make sure the day flowed smoothly and on-time on the day-of, but she also was just so thoughtful and kind towards us all day. From bringing us snacks during family photos to taking behind the scenes photo and video, I’m just not sure how she managed to do that AND run the entire day for us. Jori was the best coordinator ever and you should book her! :) -

Jori was AMAZING! Whenever I would email her about something, she would respond very quickly. She would email me asking questions that I didn’t even think of to ask vendors and her spreadsheet she had of the day of wedding with all the vendor info (showing up, leaving, details) was so resourceful. Who doesn’t like a very detailed spreadsheet? She came to my rehearsal to help with early set up and also to make sure run through went smoothly. She showed up on my wedding day early and put together stuff that we weren’t able to set up from the day before. I told her to just do what she thinks would look best and I was behind in awe of how everything looked. Better than what I could’ve done. She didn’t bother myself or my husband throughout the day, so I’m not even sure if things went wrong or if things needed tending to.
If you think you don’t need a DOC, you’re wrong. Get one. Helps to make sure everyone of enjoying themselves and you’re not asking family or friends to do things.
