Facilities and Capacity
Sheraton Madison Hotel offers over 16,000 square feet of event space within 12 different rooms. Our largest ballroom seats 350 guests while our two smaller ballrooms hold 120 guests each. Our newest ballroom is perfect for ceremonies with it's own private enterance and doors connecting it to our outdoor patio for cocktail hour afterwards.

The Sheraton Madison Hotel is really a no-brainer for the wedding where many of the guests are from outside Dane County and to whom Madison would be a complicated place in which to drive. Rehearsal, dinner, ceremony, reception and overnight accomodations are all in one place. It is easy for out-of-towners to find just off the Beltline and, once there, guests don't have to leave. But if they want to, John Nolan Drive takes them right into Madison along Lake Monona. We recommend the Sheraton as a venue for one other reason: Jeff, Eric and their competent and professional staff make sure things are done the way they are suppose to be done.
